Hey I bought the Sony 10" pentagon style subwoofer (XSL-101P5) and I have it in a Q-Logic Bandpass Box and I think that it sounds excellent! I have the amp turned to around 300RMS output to the sub and I can turn up my Eclipse deck all the way and It sounds great! Of coarse this is in a '92 Civic Hatchback, so if your putting this in a trunk I'd recommend the 12" model. But for around $60.00 you can't complain. And that's the truth. If you complain at all then you should have spent more and bought with the best of them, JL, Eclipse Whatever Blah Blah Blah.... This is a great all around sub for someone who isn't obsessed with the best of the best. Who here thinks that a sub less than $100.00 would sound like a $800.00 sub? So basically I'm saying that this sub pumps the bass for $60.00!

i think this is a very good su woofer lotz of power to it and all but it needs a better desighn then what the people gave it
