Toshiba e800 Pocket PC

Pros: not as bad as some has experienced but far from good
Cons: Did not follow up on tracking request. Inaccurate product info. Box had been opened.

Purchased a toshiba e800 pocket pc. Received wrong model. Information on website is listing wrong model. Whitebox unit shipped that was suppose to be new sealed and unopened had been previously opened. Seal had been peeled off and retaped with scotch tape. No packing list. Requested tracking number, never received after being told thru email that would be sent once their system was updated.
I cannot recommend this vendor from my experience. Buying from this company is like gambling. Its not worth it to try to save a few dollars. The potential for aggravation, disappointment and paying more in the end far out ways the possible cost saving. Let the buyer beware of this company.
