Pros: Nice waitstaff (if you could find them) Cons: Worst food I've ever tried to consume. No focus on customer satisfaction.
Rubbery Pancakes, had to get our own silverware and refills, out of most condiments, 6 out of 7 entrees had to be sent back, food was cold, silverware was dirty.

Pros: The food is very good at I hop Cons: The servers were very slow and very unpleasant. the manager was down right rude!
We had lunch at I hop and It is the last time we will ever
visit that resterant. we were there waiting for over 45 minutes just to get our food, The servers were not friendly at all, and the manager himself thought that waiting that long was no big deal. The resterant's business was very slow too,it was 4:05pm when we got there and our food didn't arive till 4:45. so we took it to go and left. We have eaten at I hop before and found the food to be very good, But as for this place. We will never go there again!
