Pros: Great fares, nice fairly new aircraft
Cons: They have a habit of losing children, but that may be a "pro"

Pros: Best service I have ever had on a North America airline
Cons: $5 to rent headphones? Outrageous!
I have heard nothing by horror stories about America West. Imagine my chagrin when I was transferred from a Northwest flight to America West due to a snowstorm and delayed flights. What could I do? I just had to suck it up and get on the plane.
