Pros: Good Price, Good Service, Clean and Generally On time, Great pilots.
Cons: Leg room still a problem on some flights, no computer hook ups on 757, and still no room where its needed, width wise, on those long trips.

Pros: Worldwide, Well-known, adequate legroom
Cons: unsatisfactory customer service, lost luggage, unfriendly employees
I recently experienced the worst flight experience that I have ever experienced. It included a plane that leaked fuel, transfer on another airline, a ½ mile run in under 10 minutes, lost luggage, and finally rude and snappy customer service.
