Pros: Beautiful culture, lots of fine restaurants, cheap living
Cons: Not exactly clean, problems with public transportation

Pros: Friendly people, helpful if you are a tourist, cheap food.
Cons: Hard to understand and read signs.
Not the cleanest place.

Pros: cheap to visit if your Ukrainian friend is paying your stay in the hotel
Cons: Sometimes filled with crime, known for stuff disappearing in them
