Scenic Mountain Hiking

Pros: Incredible Scenery
Cons: That pesky brown tree snake but only at night
The southern half of Guam is very mountainous and mostly undeveloped. That means incredible scenery and wonderful hiking. If you spend any time in Guam, then you must go to the south side of the island and do some hiking.

BOONIE STOMP

Pros: Nice hike, beautiful sights
Cons: Can be real muddy at times.
Hikes on Guam are called Boonie Stomps. (Just about everything on Guam is prefaced with "boonie.") The boonie stomp up Jumullong Manglo, to the 3 crosses, is a cheap, wonderful way to spend a Saturday.
