Pros: You can eat STEAK with no guilt! Feeling full of energy. Your appetite actually decreases, so you don't that much anyway. Cons: YOu have to limit the pasta, bread, and potatoes; Nature calls A LOT with all the water drinking

Pros: no excuse to go off..can be followed at home, brown bagging ,or eating out! Cons: you have to have deep pockets as meat and cheese cost more dollars.
