More Information
For 2003, Mazda will be introducing the all new Mazda6 as the replacement for the Mazda 626. The Mazda 6 will be available in a sport sedan bodystyle. Two engine choices will be available, a 2.3L DOHC four-cylinder engine or a more powerful 24-valve 3.0L DOHC V-6 producing 220 horsepower. While a manual transmission is equipped standard, both trims also offer an optional Sport automatic transmission. Standard safety features include dual-stage front air bags, double wishbone suspension, variable assist power steering, and a remote keyless entry system. The optional Comfort Package adds heated front seats and heated outside mirrors, while the Audio Packages adds a Bose sound system and a six-disc CD changer.
