Pros: * Competitive Fees
* Investor Education
* Great Support
* Great Desktop Software (platform independent + very sophisticated)
Cons: * No cons, I really don't have any gripe with them

I have been a client for over 2 years now. Quite satisfied: their commissions are at the lower end of the spectrum, and help is always a phone call or chat window away. On the few occasions I have had to call them on the phone, my call was returned the same business day. I will let you digest this: yes, the company called me back! How many experiences like this have you had lately?
What I like about them:
* Competitive fee structure
* They provide excellent desktop software, written in Java. That means that it runs no problemo on my Linux boxes, which I appreciate!
* Support: very satisfied.
* Education: on-line webinars each Wed. which are archived for later perusal.
What I dislike about them:
 * Nothing really.
