Good site/Bad customer service

I have used Travelocity and its predecessor EasySabre for many years (I
much preferred Easy Sabre). In general, I find the site easy to use with good fare information available to most destinations. I also use it for hotel
bookings but normally only as a reference---the bargains can be better found on the hotels individual sites.
My major complaint is with Travelocity's customer service--or lack thereof.
I normally find after long waits that they are not very helpful and could care less about the problem. I have had particular problems with schedule changes--they have even suggested that I contact the airline directly rather than doing their job and handling the problem.
I continue to use Travelocity because I find, even with the problems, they
are better than most of the competition.
