I married my college sweetheart who I met on a blind date. We have eight amazing children (6 girls, 2 boys) and a two year old Grandson. We have a set of twins--a boy and a girl--who kept our house energetic for some time. I chose to go back to school full time a few years ago and I love every minute of it. Six of my kids are also attending college or universities. They are scattered around the state. We study together over the interet or via cell-phones. I have a passion for learning everything under the sun.
I enjoy dancing, biking, walking, running, aerobics, yoga, hiking, mountain climbing and repelling off mountains, playing in the rain, landscaping, gardening--all types, reading, sewing, baking, cleaning--I really like to clean because I can zone out into nowhere for a while and still accomplish something. I enjoy going up the mountains with my husband and exploring the wilderness his parents grew up in.
I grew up on a dairy farm sharing daily responsibilities with my parents, siblings and a slew of farm hands. I love the scent of fresh mown hay and the deep brown eyes of the cows!
I love Football season for it's energetic crowds, Indian Summer weather, and Autumn folliage. I love to play and watch baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball and especially track events (because I was an avid runner).
