I'm a teenage male who currently attends Boonsboro High School in the state of Maryland.
It wasn't until a few years ago that I really became interested in film. Sure, I liked movies about as much as the next guy, but now I seem to have a growing obsession with them. For the time being, I like both analyzing and critiquing films. Sooner or later, however, I hope to be making them.
For a guy who writes about movies, I don't really have a formal education in writing. I've learned just about everything I know from reading the works of various other critics.
As far as my background in film criticism goes, I don't have a formal education in that either. I have, however, read countless books on film analysis, criticism, and history.
