"It doesn't interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your hearts longing. It doesn't interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a 2 year old for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive..."(Oriah Mountain Dreamer, The Invitation, 1999)
Many visitors to this page have asked about my picture of the little cat in the white sand. Well, readers, that is exactly what it is: my beautiful little feline friend at White Sands National Park in New Mexico. I pulled her up a sandy hill and she is looking back down at her pull path. No harm was done; please don't call PETA.
Life is short and I don't dare miss out on anything. Neither should my cat. My cat, that same year, visited Joshua Tree National Park, Saguaro National Park, the Lincoln National Forest, and stayed at the fabulous Space Age Motor Lodge in Gila Bend Arizona (see my review).
Cooking is one of my favorite activities and I have a small collection of cookbooks. You will see by my reviews, how much I love to cook. All of my book reviews pertain to books that are instructional. I hope you enjoy reading them and find them helpful in making your decision.
Many of my visits here at Epinions.com are in the Books and Travel sections. I frequent Restaurants often. There are times I read everything from Automobiles to Beer simply for the purpose of observing other author's writing styles. I recommend new writers to do just the same. In order to become a better writer, one must do a lot of reading.
Your comments and ratings are very valuable to me. My goal is to post excellent reviews and I have a long road ahead. Please feel free to leave comments if you see fit, and do not hesitate to send me an email if you have questions about any of my reviews. I'd love to hear of the success you had at your dinner party if you cooked from any one of those cookbooks I reviewed.
There are portions of my reviews found on my blog. If you find them, please do not accuse me of plagerism. They are mine.

yours and mine, and still stand on the edge of the lake
and shout to the silver of the full moon,
"Yes!"'(Oriah Mountain Dreamer, The Invitation, 1999) |
