I'm an Industrial Design Engineer at a Fortune 100 company. Not only do I design the way products look, but I also design the human interface of products. This requires knowing the who the customer is and how they use the product. To design the best product, I need to remain unbiased and open to new things and ideas. I am very sensitive to customer needs and I think this gives me a unique view when it comes to writing product reviews. I always try to review products from a customer's point of view.
