Hey everyone! I hope the Epinions clan has not missed me much but I have been swamped at work and have taken a forced sabbatical from Epionions until either my work load lessens (I severely doubt this) or I get back safely (that doesn't mean sober) from my trip to Scotland and England at the very end of this month!! I'll try my best to work whatever I can in, but I can't promise anything (unless Epionions starts paying us dearly for the amount of time we put into this stuff :) Any tips on where to go for my trip would be greatly appreciated, especially accomodations...
A little about me...
Only a few months new to Epinions, this true red and white Canadian software consultant takes pleasure in having time away from work to enjoy the fullness of life through music, movies and, by way of work, many travel experiences. After being home bound for the last 6 months with my sometimes over-exuberant black Lab, Guinness (did I mention I like beer too?), I am now based until August (supposedly) in Rockford, Illinois (Does anybody have any idea of what to do there? So far it doesn't seem too exciting). Future purveyor of making the Canadian music scene better known along with trying to right the wrongs of many overlooked artistic entertainment, my hope is to present everyone with a valid opinion (be it right or wrong) to make life more of an experience than a way. Man this sounds stuffy. It's not me really. Looks like I have some work ahead of me...

This is a picture of myself and my special someone, Laura, that I took on the beaches of Tampa Bay. Not bad, I must say. It's about the only time I look taller than her...
