How Sarah found Epinions and what it means to her.
As dumb as this sounds, Sarah discovered Epinions as she was researching breast pumps on the internet. (Have you ever seen those reviews? There're thousands! No, hundreds of thousands!!) She started reading a bunch of reviews as a non-member for several months, and then finally became a member sometime in June. She decided to sit back and read alot for awhile, often not even bothering to rate. Shame on her! Thank goodness she eventually realized how fun it might be to actually participate, and has finally started actively writing and rating whenever her kids allow her to =).
Who she is.
Originally from a tropical Southeast Asian country, Sarah is a petite 24-yr old wife and mother. Just how petite? Try 4'11 for size. She is still not an American, but is married to one, and has two sons, born on the same day. Yes, she is 4'11 and was recently (immensely) pregnant with two babies at once. Are you impressed already? Sarah is a pianist and musician at heart...she has played the piano since she was 2 1/2 years old. Music is her first love in many ways. She currently is adjunct faculty at a local college, teaching piano to students (and some faculty) there. She enjoys her job very much, because it gives her the flexibility to be a (mostly) stay home Mom, as she only teaches in the evenings when her honey is home to do baby stuff. She is also planning to write and illustrate several bestselling childrens' books in the near future. When they are snatched up by the first publisher she brings them to, she is planning to sit back and just watch the money roll in for years. hee hee.
About her picture...
This is a picture that was taken in her home country, as a part of a long, painful and sweaty wedding photography session that her parents MADE her participate in. But notice how truly overjoyed this young bride is. Her expression still remains after 2 years! True love DOES exist.
Addendum about her sons
Sarah would solemnly have to say that her two sons are the most beautiful and intelligent babies anybody has ever met. Oh, all you mothers out there are mad at her now, because in your heart of hearts, you know that YOURS is the most precious baby ever. But sigh...they are the joy of her life, and she is determined to raise them to be great, oustanding, law-abiding citizens who actually contribute to society. Oh, did I mention that they are really, really good-looking?!!! She can't wait to put a picture of them up here.

When Sarah became an epinions member, she knew she would want a very unique member i.d. After days and days of coming up with the most creative names, she finally decided on slau_parker. Just kidding! If I had known that I would take this site seriously, I would have totally chosen a different member i.d. Sigh...I guess I'm stuck with a boring handle forever. You know what they say though... don't judge a book by its cover!
