Pros: has potential of good income Cons: randomly credited?
I just signed up for this today and am not quite impressed yet......I filled out a time consuming survey......and got nothing for it.....If I understand it correctly, you get whatever you get by chance. Is that correct?
I like the sites...

Pros: They Really Do Pay Cons: They Don't Pay Often
I have been a member at Greenfield for years and have taken at least a hundred surveys. I actually won $10.00 in a drawing once. Did I mention it was just once. The effort put out is not worth the rewards. I keep going back and you should be wondering...

Pros: What? Cons: No Green at Greenfield Online
I signed up with Greenfield Online over a year ago and have not made one cent. I have filled out surveys until my eyes crossed and never got paid for a thing. I volunteered to be on a "Panel" and took these useless surveys, again, and didn't...

Pros: Easy,Fun,you can make money Cons: none
I just joined Greenfieldonline.com about 2 weeks ago and I can already tell it is going to be the best website that pays people to complete surveys. The reason why it is going to be so great is because the second you join you have 5-10 surveys ready...

I have DSL and still the pages load so slowly that I can read the newspaper while waiting! The survey form is easy to use and the pages are graphics-minimal, so Greenfield's servers must be causing the slow download. I have had the same experience for...

Frustrating survey lengths
by ruf1 ,Aug 14 '04
I've participated in Greenfield's surveys for several years now and each time I start a survey, I get more and more frustrated. The surveys are to long and drawn out and require more time then I'm willing to put into a survey, especially one which gives nothing in return except an entry into a drawing for a prize (usually money). They do a good job at putting surveys together but they are just to long and sometimes to confusing in the way they ask their questions. I've asked about this before and have never once gotten a response. Needless to say, I don't fill out every survey that gets sent to me.

Bad Survey Site is Getting Better
by bvckvs ,Dec 18 '07
I've been a member of Greenfield Online for several years now - at least two, probably more than three. I got paid from them once - very early on, but never again.
In spite of filling out an extensive set of pre-qualification questions, and repeatedly filling out profile-booster types of questionaires on their site - I almost never qualify for any of their surveys.
I still get tons of email from them - announcing another survey. Most times, in lieu of an expected cash-reward, they offer an "entry" into some sweepstakes that nobody ever heard of. Occasionally, there's an offer for a $1 or $2 survey (standard price in the biz) but it's been a couple of years since I've made it past the pre-qualification screening on any of them.
Site Update
In spite of my bad experience with this particular survey site, it should be noted that as of December 2007, their site appears to have recently undergone a bit of an upgrade.
Based upon my past 10 years or so experience with survey sites, this is a strong indication that someone somewhere got busy or got replaced, and that the business is going to improve significantly.

What a Deal!!
by cbrazel ,Nov 07 '04
I'm very upset with Greenfield on-line right now. I have 7 surveys, taken over 2 months ago. When I wrote requesting payment they informed me that I hadn't finished any of the surveys. Many days I get 2-3 surveys from them and I'm not sure if I should continue to take anymore or not. I am put into the sweepstakes for each of them. All I want is to be paid for the surveys I took. I was able to give them all of the details, date, time, subject, content and length of the surveys. They owe me $21.00 dollars that I can put as a loss. I have nothing else I can do.

Not worth the time
by niceguymike ,Nov 12 '07
I resigned from Greenfield and its related company GoZing because it was difficult, at best, to get credited for surveys I completed. I'd get upwards of 10 invitations per day, I might actually qualify for and complete one every month, and then they wouldn't pay! Also reported them to the Washington State Attorney General's office, to which they didn't bother to respond. There are better survey companies out there. If you're going to work with these guys, keep a copy of the email for every survey you complete so you can prove what they owe you.
