I would like to have been notified that the product had to be backordered. Otherwise, I like doing business with Abt Electronics. I used the online chat twice and that was helpful - no waiting for a representative like on a telephone call.

Navigation of their website was very easy to understand thus making it easy to use as well. Highlight to note, Shipment tracking function was excellent, right to my front door! Packaging was also well done as all items arrived undamaged. Products purchased are International Brand Name Items, to date, no discrepancies noted.

Excellent overall experience and quick delivery. Only recommendation would be in the area of on-line tracking of order status. I could only verify order was shipped by phoning customer service, who was very helpful.
