Incredibly fast shipping and great prices!

I ordered a Lambs & Ivy 9 Piece Jungle Magic bedding set from Babyage on Monday. To my surprise and delight, it was delivered on Tuesday morning. I immediately set it up in the nursery and it looks great. I will definitely go back to Babyage to search for all of the other products that I need. The speed of the delivery is a great incentive to buy, and I saved $150.00 to boot. Thanks Babyage!!

ABSOLUTLEY STELLAR!

I was very skeptical to buy from this site. At the time I saw there were an equal number of good reviews as bad reviews. My experience was stellar. First, I called their company to get clarification on their policies. Second I used their "price match" option in which they had to verify cheaper prices at online stores and then they matched these prices. I also asked about having delivery confirmation added on to the shipping. I am pleased to say that in one week (5 business days) ALL three of my items arrived in HAWAII safely and in good condition. I would definitely recommend this site.

Horrible experience and no customer service. I'd like to call them thieves. Check the Better Business Bureau - they were just ejected from the BBB for their practices and have had 130 customer complaints lodged with the BBB within the last 12 months and almost 200 in the last few years.

Absolutely the worst. No return policy, customer service is a nightmare, they can't tell you order status, items can take months to ship, and if you try to cancel an order it turns into a nightmare. Their website and e-mail communications with customer service are a joke, and their personnel are rude and not helpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BABYAGE TO ANYONE. THIS IS MY FIRST AND WILL BE MY LAST TIME DEALING WITH THEM.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. SHE SAID THAT I AM IRRESPONSIBLE. AND IF EVERYONE IS BEHAVING LIKE ME, THEY WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. ALL I ASKED THEM WAS TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHICH I JUST PLACE FEW MINUTES AGO. I COULD WRITE MORE, BUT THIS OPINION PAGE ONLY ALLOW ME TO WRITE 199WORDS.

Return policy non-existent - I'd rather shop at WalMart

Their return policy is EVIL! If the item is taken out of the shipping packaging, you can only get store credit. If it's used, you're pretty much SOL.
When I called customer service, they dropped my call the first time, then I had to wait on hold again!
My recommendation: If you can possibly get your item at a local retailer you're way better off!

Excellent experience with BabyAge!! Super fast shipping, product came as described and an excellent price. I ordered on Friday morning and by Monday afternoon I had my stroller. Very happy with this site and highly recommend them. The only store where I could find this Eddie Bauer tandem double stroller!!

THEY REFUSE ALL RETURNS- Horrible Customer Service!

FRAUDULENT RETURN POLICY- Do not buy anything from them. They won't accept anything "used, installed, or applied" as a return. They consider touching the item to "apply" or "use" it. I bought a car seat- as soon as we took it out of the box we knew it was probably too big, but decided to give it a chance and place it in our car to see how it looked. We immediately took it out- did NOT use or install, but they consider this "applying" it. Ridiculous! There are many other sites with "no questions asked" return policies for 30 days (as long as it's not soiled, etc- try elitecarseats.com or specialtybaby.com)- buy from these other sites. The customer service reps just stonewall and tell you that it's to "protect their customers"- BS- it's just to avoid taking returns.

Be aware of their return policy. They will refuse a return if product is open and they can't resell it back. In which case most products are, since you have to open it to try it. We bought a baby jumper. The baby didn't like to be in the jumper. I was told this is not returnable. Will never deal with them ever again.

I have never had a worse experience with an online merchant. I ordered a very expensive toy from them last month, and it arrived damaged and missing important parts that you need to assemble it. I was really angry. My toddler had been looking forward to receiving it for a long time. I wrote them an e-mail and called them several times demanding a discount and a replacement. They e-mailed me back several days later asking me to call them. When I did, the customer service lady was unhelpful and apathetic. She said she would 'call the warehouse about the parts'. She did not offer to take the item back. Two weeks later, its still sitting in a box, useless and broken. I finally called VISA and did a chargeback. I don't know what is going to happen now!! I would STRONGLY advise going with a more reputable seller such as amazon.com or someone because these people are not good business people. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!

While my purchasing experience was smooth my return experience is anything but. I purchased a glider stool that I expected would match the glider chair that I already owned. Unfortunately the picture on their website of the fabric was a gross misrepresentation.
When I requested and RA# for the product I was told that since I opened the shipping container that I could not receive credit to my credit card. I explained that there was no way I could determine if I was satisfied with the product unless I opened the box it was shipped in and that the item still had all original plastic attached to it and had not been used. I was still told the same.
This site is clearly a scam do not order from them.

I had a terrible experience at this online store. I bought a baby carrier and didn't use it at all, when returned in perfect condition I was not given a refund. Read the return policy carefully. If you even try something on to see if it fits they will not even give you a credit. I strongly discourage using this site!

I got on I picked the car seat I wanted (with help from reviews) and I ordered it. It was pretty simple. It was here sooner than expected and it was fine.
The box was beat up a bit but it didn't affect the merchandise so no problem.

Not sure if I would shop there again. I had wrapping included in my order. I paid an extra 5.00 thinking I would have a nice wrapped package. There was paper on it but nothing else!! I still have to go get a bow, ribbon or something to dress it up so it does not look like a cheap package! I did e-mail them complaining about the way the package was wrapped for what I paid and I never got any reply back. Poor customer service!!!!
