I ordered the product on April 24 and it has still not shipped, this in my opinion is unacceptable when the Web site states, "1-2 weeks for deliver". Then when I e-mailed their contact us department all I received was "I'm sorry" nothing about refunding my shipping charges or offering a discount on my next order or they'll correct their Web site...I won't shop here again. I was very pleased to find a number of products that are hard to find in department stores. The low shipping rates are amazing! My order came in three packages from three separate shipping points but all I paid in shipping was $6.50.
