The site was easy to navigate, and they informed me right away that the product was on back order. I later got an e-mail updating me on the status of my order, and giving me an approximate shipping date. No problems whatsoever.

I did not have any problems with my service through Baby Universe how ever FedEx did not even knock on our door or ring the door bell when they dropped off the package. I didn't even know it was there until i looked at the tracking and saw they had dropped it off. I do appreciate the service I have received from Baby Universe and I would order through you again.

During the order process a survey poped up right in the middle. This made me very uncomfortable. Than i did not get a conformation of my order until days later. now my item is supposed to be here tomorrow and according to fedex it is still in CA. This will be my last order with this company

WEb site reasonably easy to navigate. THe tracking number they gave me was incorrect because they listed the wrong carrier so I had to cal to straighten that out. Otherwise shooping experience was fine. THanks

The packaging wasn't exactly special, it was just the regular car seat box. However because of the super speedy shipping everything was fine. The box was a tad beaten but the carseat was unharmed. I cannot believe how fast my item arrived. I will definately purchase from Baby Universe again!

I needed a shipping quote wheich was fine, but I expect to get an e-mail confirmation when I do call to request one. I also expect an e-mail to give me heads up as to when it willl ship (i.e. est ship date) rather than having to follow up. I like that they ship almost anywhere, but I'm disapppointed they don't have a better/ customer friendly way of keeping the customer on top of the situation.

My experience was fine. I chose babyuniverse.com over another on-line baby store for their shipping costs. The same item (at the same price) at the other dealer had almost double the shipping cost.
