I've ordered from BestNest twice now. I had an issue with my first order and I was very pleased on how they handled my problem. I had no problem getting through on the phone and the representative I spoke to over the phone seemed knowledgeable and helpful. My second order arrived in less than three days and packaged well. Will definitely continue purchasing from this vendor.

We have been waiting two days for an order to arrive, which involves someone sitting at home. We were never sent an e-mail confirmation of the order. When we call, the customer service manager is not available and neither is anyone else in a supervisory position. The service people refuse to give us the names of any of the managers or even the president of the company.
Supposedly the package was delivered to a wrong address, and bestnest says that it will be delivered to us by end of day today. However, they don't know what time that is, and they refuse to call Fed Ex to find out. If we want to specify a separate address for delivery, then we have to pay bestnest $5 extra. All questions are answered with, "I can't tell you; that is company policy."
We will never order from them again.

I just had the WORST customer service experience with BestNest. I purchased a product, followed the enclosed instructions and when the product did not work as promised, I called to request a return code. I was told by both the customer service agent and the manager Jeremy that they will not accept returns on products if they have been used--even if they are broken. I have never had a problem returning any item to any store for any reason before. They were rude and unhelpful and I would NEVER recommend their business to anyone.

Delivered wrong item; company policy is that they will not ship correct one until wrong item is returned even though it was their fault. Two weeks before authorization to return was received

Do not buy anything from Bestnest.com! I had an absolutely horrible time trying to return an item that didn't work for me. I spoke with several service reps and then the manager Jeremy who asked me "what is his incentive" to give me a refund? I said that the product doesn't work for me and it's basic customer service. He would not budge and I never got a refund. They call themselves christian merchants on the website - what a laugh. I'm sure Jeremy and his "christian" pals do a lot of bible studying. What a bunch of jerks.

I purchased a squirrel-proof bird feeder and it did arrive promptly.However, I was not pleased with the difficulty the birds had getting underneath the rain guard nor with the seed outlet.  I tried to return the bird feeder and got no satisfaction whatsoever from customer service.  I even spoke with a supervisor and, again, no help.  It really is a catch-22 with BestNest.If you try your product then it is considered "used" and they will not accept it back.  Every store I have EVER worked with always accept returns even when they know you used it briefly and it was not satisfactory.I would not recommend shopping at BestNest

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life ( & I'm 65yrs.old !!!!!.!!!!!! ) Trellis that was sent was falling apart.The quality of the product was so bad, my contracter and neighbors had a good laugh when told what I was charged. I was given the O.K. to send back, & was given a return #,but was in for the shock of my life when I found out return shipping was going to cost $104.00 for a product that cost $135.!!! Speaking with one of their managers ZACH,was a complete waste of time !!!! He was not willing to pay for any of the return shipping and kept referring to Best Nest's return policy. I would think any company would value a customer's satisfaction more than the cost of a return shipping fee (best nest recives a huge discount on their bulk shipping.) NEVER AGAIN !!! So dissapointed,I am seriously considering Better Business Bureau,&/or Atty. General !!!!

I ordered a bird feeder from these folks.  It arrived promptly however the quality was far from what I expected.  I returned the feeder at my expense.  Now they are playing games with me as to a refund.  I am willing to accept refund less their shipping cost.  They say they have issued a gift certificate to me (not received) which is useless to me as I will not shop there again.  I guess I am just out the $50.00.
