I am absolutely delighted by the customer service I have received from Binoculars.com. Please read on. I placed an order in February and received an almost immediate email confirmation of the order. I paid no freight or sales tax. I had my binoculars on my door step in perfect condition within three days. The only problem that I had was that a $50 mail in rebate for the binoculars showed on their website. When I downloaded the forms I found that the rebate offer had expired, so I never got the money. Imagine my surprise a few days ago when I received a totally unexpected email from Chris at Binoculars.com. Chris had just learned of my situation and sent me first an apology and secondly an offer to make good on the rebate amount directly from Binoculars.com. I am impressed by the integrity, concern for their reputation, and commitment to the customer that this demonstrates. Would I recommend Binoculars.com? I already have. I am a sales trainer for a large company, and I use Chris's action as the example of how we should treat our own customers. I would be a repeat customer of Binoculars.com without hesitation.

I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for so I called their 1-800# and talked to someone and they were so helpful in helping me figure out just what I needed and wanted, and they made a point to keep it in my budget. A lot of phone operators you can tell are reading you information off of a piece of paper, not these guys. I ended up getting a pair of canons that are just great!

Binoculars was very professional, courteous and friendly. Everything was delivered as promised. Ordered on Friday and 1 package delivered on Tuesday and the other on Wednesday. I was able to track it from Binoculars to my door. Elizabeth, who took my order, wrote a little personal note on my invoice.

My Best E-buying experience. I called Monday and had a Competitors price. They matched the competitor's online price after a brief verification of it. I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Thursday with no extra paid for a rush order. The Customer Service rep was knowledgeable about binocular features so that I my selection was right for my purpose (hunting). The binoculars are great. I would highly recommend them.

if you are buying telescopes this is the place. ask for Josh, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have the scope I wanted in stock, but he took the time to find me an even better scope for around the same price.
I purchased the glasses and unfortunately they were not what was needed. All of the parts were returned to Telescopes.com/binocular.com however they mentioned that a couple of plastic parts were not returned and therein did not refund the full amount. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor on a Friday and by Tuesday still had not heard from them. I got a hold of my credit card company and ultimately within a conference call the telescopes.com manager insisted that parts were missing when returned. It is a subjective argument to say parts were missing. I know how meticulous the person where the glasses were sent is and know she did not misplace or forget to include all of the parts. I would not utilize this merchant again given the customer in this case did not come first. The customer service reps are nice, the people handling receiving and the manager were both contentious.
