CompuVest Online Store

Terrible! You pay for all returns, even when it's their fault. They lie to avoid added costs of correcting their errors. Even the delivery was unusually delayed. Here's the ugly history: (1) They shipped me a lesser version product than what I ordered - it was missing parts that were supposed to be included in the higher-end item I paid for. (2) The part I did receive was NOT new, it was refurbished - it was a defective item that had previously been returned, and then got resold to me (batteries were already installed in the keyboard when it arrived!). (3) I had to ship the package back at my expense, they refuse to pay for RMAs (CAUTION: read the fine print!!). (4) They lied about the defect and just immediately claimed the item was fine. (5) They lied about my RMA, and claimed I requested a refund (I requested they replace it with a proper item ), but the FINE PRINT says that they do not refund shipping costs if you ask for a refund! Stay away from this slimy operation.

ATI ehome Wonder was included with my dell xps.

It is totaly dependant on media center and useless for anything else.

I will not buy another dell nor will i buy an ATI card at all.

Its junk.

No support or upgrades from Microsoft,Windows,ATI,Sonic or Dell.

Limited use of this hardware because of the software.
If this is the way ATI supports its products then i dont waht there junk anymore.

Im going to ship this back to them in a plastic bag after putting it through a shredder.

Horrible store, especially the manager Frayne. Classic bait and switch. You place order at low price, they charge your card and then call later to tell you its "out of stock" and it will be more money to get your item. This after calling to confirm stock, getting a receipt and signing the stupid confirmation you must print out and sign before they will place your order. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Terrible experience! Bad, Bad etailer!

Before I click the payment confirm button of an order, I checked the store rating and what people said about CompuVest. I got bad review so I close the ordering page.
Late of the day, I received email from their customer service asking why I did not finish the order and said "We would appreciate your feedback on this issue. Your opinion will help us to serve our customers with the highest standards." I reply the email and tell them about their review and rating online and hope my review can help them. I never get their response back, not even a reply say "thank you for your help".
If they treat people who tried to help them like this, imaging what if you have problem about the order and want their service.

I received a Dell printer from Compuvest.com but, I am very disappointed as this printer is not working. The package does not have any installation CD as it is suppose to have. I tried calling customer service but phone line is horrible that you could barely hear anything. I conclude that I lost my money at this point.

I just read another bad review. So, I would not recommend anyone to buy from this site.

I was amazed with their service. I needed some additional memory for my computer, and, after spending some time looking for the best deal for that particular item, I found it at Compuvest.com. I placed the order on-line at 2AM on Tuesday, and the same day afternoon I got an e-mail telling me that the item had been shipped (they also provided me with the UPS tracking number). I received the parcel on the next day, Wednesday, around noon. That is, the whole on-line purchase took only 34 hours! The best on-line shopping experience so far!

This was my first purchase with compuvest and I expect to be a returning customer. First-rate service, extremely quick ship, careful packaging. What online shopping should be.

This is the second item I have purchased from CompuVest. Their web site is easy to navigate and their ordering procedures are simple. I highly recommend them.

Overall, good purchase experience. Competitive pricing and shipped in shorter period than they said it would take for it to be delivered. They also e-mailed me the tracking number to my item as well.

Placed my first order here. Online information, about product availability, was correct. Showed in stock and it was. Placed order and received confirmation the same day. Product arrived at house in 5 days.

Our company which subcontracts work in from the federal government in data analysis for the NCSC and NSA/CSS. I would suggest not doing business with this company cause they are entirely dishonest and misleading. You might have fair results and resolve with technical problems but not in returns. Low 68% of our field study transactions where failures with this company. --- Echelon Archives gives CompuVest and F-.

Compuvest had a very low price on an item I wanted. The transaction was smooth and they shipped it very quickly. I will definitely be back to shop with them, very happy with product.

Ordered an XGene 01030 wireless keyboard on Sunday early AM and received it on the following Thursday. 
 There was an issue with their website showing my order as "In process" even though it had already been shipped. The tracking information should have been available, leading me to believe that the product had not been shipped when it was actually en-route. 
 In the end, the transaction was perfect except for the reporting abnormality (minor inconvenience). 
 Great product, great price, delivered promplty without being gouged for the shipping. I would definitely shop here again.
    

Very easy to order from site. I had to call but that was my fault. The service rep was extremely helpful. Would order again.
