I got an email confirmation with a UPS tracking number which did not appear on the UPS system, but package arrived quickly.

The laptop hard drive I ordered was stated as being new. It's condition was refurbished, in bubble wrap, and was completely useless. I am a programmer and know this product, after spending hours troubleshooting, was inferior. This company offers lower prices for junk.

Ordered a "new Viewpad 100 instock 416.00" per ad and on site. Was told by Paul on the 14th that none in stock but would be arriving by the 15th or 16th per his boss" all this has been recorded on my companys phone system. So far they have responded great by calling us back and sending email. Have requested on the 17th about shipping status. No response. Will give them until 20th, but starting to get that uneasy feeling. See review on 20th to find out how it concludes. Hopefully it will end up being a positive expierence. These guys made a great first impression.

CompuVest.com is the single worst on-line store in existence. Not one thing ordered from them worked and impossible return policies make exchanges expensive and not worth the trouble. I'd rather spend $100 on new merchandise than give them another $20 for 2X shipping charges and restocking fees. The one thing I can say is that my worthless junk arrived promptly. But do not be fooled, they are just eager to get it to you quickly so that you can return it and give them more money.
