My first order here. Everything went smoothly so far, I hope it continues that way because I have more items to purchase.

I ordered a media card for a digital camera from Compuvest.com. I received the item, it didn't work so I returned it. They sent it back to me again saying it wasn't their item as there was no serial no on the product. I was very particular to return the item as they stated in their return policy, right down to the identical packaging. The customer service was unhelpful and insistent that I had sent them back a different product than the one I had received originally. They will not refund my money and I am left with a useless product that I cannot return, despite the fact that I followed their purchase and return procedure to the letter. I am very annoyed and I recommend that anyone considering using this company to think again, they may well regret it as I now do. Rubbish Company just stay away from them.

Everything was packed well enough to work right out of the box. I can't really comment about customer service since I never had to talk to anybody or had any complaints. I got what I paid for within a reasonable shipping time.

The products I ordered were priced so low that I expected low quality but they were top quality!!! The on-line ordering was a breeze and they were delivered on time. I'll certainly be back!

I had no problems. Entering the order on the internet was extremely easy. The product shipped immediately. I received the item 3 days later. This was much quicker than any other internet vendor I have used.

My first experience with Compuvest was not as good only for the reason that after they had accepted an order I was told the item was out of stock. However this time I had a good experience.

Excellent customer service. Order process was easy, price of the parts were the lowest on the net. I needed the parts overnight. Next day the parts were at my door, exactly what I ordered - weekend saved. Great experience. I will shop here again.

what a ripoff.  i order a hard drive and paid for usps shipping but was told they used fedex.  they won't refund without a restocking fee of 15%.  i didn't order it this way.  they are crooks.  i'll never ever use them again.  do not trust them. 

I should have looked more careful at the reviews here first. I ordered a notebook hard drive from CompuVest which they claimed was "new". When it arrived it had a worn label, bent pins, data on the drive, *AND* read errors.

To their credit, they did refund me in full after 15 days.

The product I ordered is exactly what I ordered and I am very pleased with my purchase. Compuvest is an excellent company and I will not hesitate to order from them again.

I have purchased from then twice. Both times the merchandises arrived without a hitch. They have good prices, but not necessarily the lowest.

This is the first time that I have deal with Compuvest but it will not to be the last. I received what I ordered. Excellent product and delivery speed. A good company to deal with.

Don't trust this merchant. We ordered a use once product described as new in HP factory shrink wrap - received open product in plain plastic bag. Refused shipment. When complained they gave all kinds of excuses and misrepresentations. We were charged restock and shipping.

Placing my order was easy and product arrived very quickly. The customer support is always great when I have a problem. Thank you.
