I had a good experience and will look at buy again! I like the personal letter from Bill, but then I noticed it was a form signature as the same in the catalogue. I thought I was a special customer getting a letter from the CEO, but being a form letter I guess I was a special has I thought, But the form did have my name on it and for a brief moment, I was sure I have a personal letter form Bill!

Because they include the extra adapter cables, face plates, etc., they are a bargain when compared to other vendors. Add to that their technical help service and incredible knowledge base, and you have a completely outstanding vendor. Crutchfield sets the standard for all others to follow.
