Online order did not feature bundle products (more than
one ink cartridge in a bundle price); DSL delivered our
package and left it in the yard instead of in our parking

As far as getting the order placed there was not a problem.I would like to know when the product ships so I can trace it.Also I would like to know how I can get a program like excel from my current Dell desktop. The quantity automatically kept switching to 2 sets rather than one set. Also, I put in all credit card info 5 times before it finally was successfully received. Each time I was told to check over my info there was nothing missing when I clicked "place order," but when it popped back out everything was gone and I had to retype it AGAIN. Next time, I will wait for my local Staples to restock ink. :-(
