I ordered a Baby Diego bath tub/changer combo. They didn't shipped during the next 24 hours as they claim they will. They did it like 3 days after when I sent them an e-mail asking for my item. They sent me a wrong tracking #. I called and they gave me the right tracking #. The changer pad was ripped part of it and I contacted them again. Looking for a particular doll buggy for my granddaughter on Dec. 17th. Found it on the Health Check Systems website. While other companies said it would arrive after Christmas, HCS said it would ship in 24 hours. It was less expensive here, shipping for this 22 lb. toy was free and it arrived on the 22nd. When the company first processed my credit card, it was declined. I got a very pleasnt email informing me of that. I called Customer Service and spoke to a very polite and helpful gentleman who checked the number and expiration date, which were correct, then ran the card again. This time it was accepted, and I expect to get the shipment in about a week. I was impressed with the Customer Service, and the site has an excellent selection of high-quailty health monitors and equipment. Read more

I guess that in themselves Healthcheck Systems were okay but the problem is that the product I bought from them was drop shipped and they did not indicate on the web site to the best of my knowledge that this would be the case. Because the item was drop shipped they really had no control over delivery and I find that to be and issue with drop shippers.
I guess as a result I didn't receive notification of who the carrier was or a tracking number to know the status of my order. I only received an immediate order confirmation from Healthcheck Systems. When I wrote an email to enquire what was happeing with the order no-one responded!
I eventually called and was greated by polite people but I did have to call twice in order to get a proper status update.
I understand that free shipping was provided but I don't think that voids a vendors' obligation to keep a customer notified of the status of the order and ensure that delivery is carried out in a timely manner.
The product itself is great and arrived within a week and a half which is not too bad of a delivery time but sadly I do have an issue with drop shipping and particularly when I am not informed that the company I am purchasing from doesn't have stock and is drop shipping.
I personally prefer not to buy from companies that drop ship and therefore this would be my primary reason not to buy from Healthcheck Systems again. Read more

I ordered the car seat base from Healthcheck Systems because they were offering the best price with free shipping. I was not in a hurry to receive my package, however, I ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered the next day (Friday)... This was the fastest online purchase I have ever made. It's been 9 business days (11 total) since I placed the order. With the exception of the initial e-mail confirming receipt of the order, I've heard nothing. I ordered from 5 different places on the same day; this is the only item I have yet to receive. All other items ordered (even engraved items) were sent in a very timely fashion. It is also the only company that does not allow you to track the progress of your order. An e-mail sent to the company asking for status was not answered promptly. With all the other options out there, will go elsewhere next time. Read more
