J&R Music and Computer World Online Store

I would never purchase from J&R Music and Computer World. This company falsely advertises their products. I tried to purchase a product from their company and the price was listed as $10.99, after I clicked on the buy button it took me to their website where the price changed from $10.99 to $15.99. After you click on the Add to cart button they add an additional $3.00 for shipping. So when I was trying to purchase my DVD for $10.99 and before I knew it the price was $19.99, It is cheaper to go to elsewhere, I ended up finding the same movie for a better price on a website called Herman Street, I found it at the url www.hermanstreet.com.

I like it ,customer service is easy.price is good.shipping is fast.i will come back shopping again.I hope one day they can change their shipping to free,because most of the online stores do that now.

My confirmation e-mail was immediately sent after I completed the transaction on-line.
Both arrived before their appointed delivery date, which was predicted to be the week of April 16th. However, I received the package (via USPS) by Friday, April 13th.
Very pleased with the 2 items I bought and with their pricing.

JR you are the best.  first the webpage is easy to move around in and to find what you are looking for.  the reviews provided for products are helpful.  everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.  your telephone customer service employee i talked with DID not try to sell me an extra battery or anything else i did not want or could not use.  shopping with your was a delight - and by the way the camera i bought is all your reviews said is and much more.  i will shop with you in the future as my needs change.

I have always found their site to be well designed, their products wide, varied and reasonable priced, deliveries prompt, with customer service the best. I highly recommend J&R.

I have not installed my computer because I am still waiting for the Windows 7 upgrade and cannot receive any information as to my order status from Gateway or their affiliate.   I would not have ordered this product had I known
of the inability to obtain Windows 7 in a timely manner.   If I had been advised by JR of this problem, I would have ordered another product.   However, in all fairness, maybe JR did not know of the Windows 7 backlog in manufacturing and shipping.

Every order I have made with J&R has been easy, fast and always a good deal compared to other online peer stores. I have no complaints and will always consider J&R in my online purchase decisions.

I have made numerous purchases from J&R and all have been without problems. Shipping has been prompt. I am well satisfied and plan to continue to shop at J&R.

I've been shopping with J&R for close to 2 decades for business as well as personal purchases and rarely have problems with them. Delivery speed is excellent as well as the accuracy of the online tracking. Customer Service is wonderful and do their best to resolve problems when they happen which is only occasionally. I recommend J&R to all my friends and co-workers. When I want something right away, I look on their site first before I shop around, and most of the time I return to purchase what I want. On a scale of 1 to 5 I give J&R a high 5!

Bait and Switch!!!! But don't believe what I have to say. Listen to what over 300 people have said in the last 30 days! Check out their feedback on Amazon.com NOW for the truth: I ordered a Zune 30gig MP3 player online thanksgiving day at $99. On the 28th, after all the sales are over, I get an email that they are out of stock. I was already charged for something that was out of stock? Now I can't not afford it (over $200) but it isn't available locally. Thay offered me an exact model (but a different color) for only $100 more! what a deal, at least to them!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! Very dishonest because they realized that they can double their profits! Now I am stuck with many accs. that I have purchased for something I cannot buy and then, what do I tell my child about their only request for christmas??

I ordered 2 ea Zen Nano 1gb MP3 players and they sent me 2 ea 512mb players. When I called they said they were out of stock on the one I ordered and instead sent the 512 mb Zen Nano. I asked for an return authorization and they made me ship it back at my own expense even though it was their mistake. I also had to argue to get a credit for the shipping charges on my invoice. They should have emailed me that the product was unavailable before sending me another cheaper product.

Sales associate was knowledgeable and patient while answering numerous questions.
Easy to order...quick delivery...best pricing...overall an excellent shopping experience.

Easy to do business with. The item was received very quickly. I'm not sure how it works since its a Christmas gift.

Placing the order was easy, the delivery time was on target and on time and the order was filled exactly as requested.

Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase at J&R. The shipment was improperly packed and the camera arrived in what appeared to be a reused panasonic box. The camera box was not original and items were missing. Customer service was slow to respond and hesitant to issue a RMA and replace the product. Three weeks later I am still waiting for a solution. One of the worst online purchasing experiences I have had.
