I reviewed the product online and placed an order 12-30. On 1-6, the day after the product is expected to arrive I notice that the product is still in processing and has not shipped. I will update when, and if, I receive the product as ordered.

Super fast shipping and first rate customer service

Super fast shipping and free! I ordered a rolling leather laptop case on Feb 7th & received it on Feb 9th. I am very pleased with the quality of the case. I also had a bit of difficulty checking out using PayPal and missed the sale cut off time by a minute. I emailed them and they responded back in a couple hours and reimbursed me for the difference. I highly recommend this merchant.

We bought two travel pro 5's and the service was fantastic, both before, during and after the sale, we had a problem with one of the cases and it was promptly handled, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a GREAT company who believes in customer service,
