The website was excellent. I found what I was looking for quickly and easily. The ordering process was also quick. The order was shipped within a week and, although, Federal Express initially delivered one box to the wrong address, it was quickly taken care of. Custmer service was also very quick in answering my inquiry.

Music 123 had a great selection of the product (electric guitar) that I was looking for so that I could cost compare. This was my first guitar puchase and the only additional suggestion I would make is to expand on your product descriptions. It was hard for me as a non-guitarist to compare quality vs. value.

The item I originally ordered was backordered. The estimated time was confusing. It said three to five days, but nothing happened after a week. They claimed they sent me a e-mail that stated when it would arrive. All it said was it would get to me a week after they received it, but it gave no time that they were going to get it. I ended up cancelling that order and ordering a different item that was in stock. I received that with no problem.

Web site is user friendly and ordering is easy. Occasionally it takes a few days longer to process the order and ship it out, but you always know what point your order is at. Tracking numbers are issued as soon as the item is ready to go. Customer service is excellent and very friendly. Can change or add onto order after it is placed -- this is an awesome option. E-mail or live sales help is always available to find a product, help you choose the right product or help you find a substitute for a discontinued or out of stock item. Prices are very competitive and will beat prices from legitimate stores. Excellent retailer. I highly recommend Music 123.

Generally prompt and efficient service. One minor blip - an item was shown to be in stock on the website but actually wasn't. This led to some confusion and hence a one-week delay before my order was filled.

I just didn't like the way that the item was purchased on ebay and then I was redirected to their website. One reason people use ebay is to remain anonymous and I was unable to do that - i would normally use my ebay alais, paypal for payment and then avoid spam, unsolicted email and stuff like I am dealing with now - this is the reason for the displeasure. I think they have a good website and excellent prices and products, however I am now faced with inundations of catalogs, emails, etc...
