PROFLOWERS gives out your credit card information!!!!

My order went fine, but when I got my credit card bill there were charges from companies associated with Proflowers website! EZ Saver and FreeShipping AUTOMATICALLY BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD without full disclosure of what they are doing! And get this....Proflowers AUTOMATICALLY SENDS THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO DO IT!!! I called to complain and Proflowers said that there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO. Theycompanies that fraudulently charged my card say they will take up to 2 MONTHS to refund me!! What?! DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS. EVER!!!!

Continual bad quality

I have used Proflowers for years and, while initially they were excellent, in the last two years the chances of recieving poor quality flowers has gotten to be about 50/50. Monday was the worst. The flowers were brown and wilted, plus they were less than half of the number described when ordering. Once again, however, they did respond to my complaint with a replacement order but frankly, I'm not interested in replacements, but in quality in the first place. I caution that you DO NOT order flowers unless you will also see what is delivered because your recipient may be "nice" and tell you they are great (this has happened to me) but in fact they were awful. I used to love this outfit for it's convenience and quality but I question whether I will ever use them again.

Undependable unreliable will never use again

Ordered flowers for my wife, on 2/8. To be delivered on Valentine's Day. They were not delivered. Called Proflowers and was told it was UPS's fault for not delivering them. Next day contacted UPS and they said they had received intent to ship, but had not received the package. Called Proflowers again, and now it was the grower's fault. Everybody's fault but theirs. Only thing they could offer was to cancel my order.

Horrendous

Mother's Day Flowers for my wife- Flowers arrived with a broken Vase. Hardly as advertised. $96 dollars for some marginal flowers and a broken Vase. I could have gone to the grocery store and gotten a tremendous arrangement for half the price. Lesson learned. I e-mailed them and they offered to send another arrangement free. Too late. Also, don't get dupe by their "free shipping" scam. I was suspicious when they ask for a credit card number so I didn't do it. I responded to their e-mail and asked for a full refund.

Everything great - except for the bouquet delivered

I saw an ad in The Washington Post advertising a bouquet of 20 tulips on the occasion of Mother's Day. So I visited the web-site and checked the offer out. The price included a vase and, thus, was competitive. Ordering was pretty easy and the flowers arrived on time. However, the bouquet my wife received was much smaller than it appeared to be on the web-page, the tulips were already half open and in desperate need of water (no tubes with water at the bottom of each tulip). Moreover, the bouquet was obviously packaged in a rush, because the leaves of the tulips were folded and broken. My wife did not comment on it, but I was pretty much disappointed and embarrassed. This was my first and last experience with Proflowers. I hope you have more luck - apparently that's what you need.

Very bad customer service! I tried to take advantage of a radio add featuring 24 long stemed roses...I went online and ordered what I thought was the correct promo and entered the promo code given to me by the radio station. it cost me $130 and was supposed to cost $39 after the code was entered. when i realized what had happened which was 5 minutes later, I called customer service and tried to cancel my order. I was told it's too late. there was nothing she or another supervisor could do. They wouldnt even give me the difference in cost. An honest mistake, and they took advantage of me. never again will I use Proflowers!

Roses in a box!

I ordered 2 dozen long stemmed roses for my Mother-in Law for V-Day. She lives in CA and I'm in TX, so I gues sthey never thought I would see them. She showed up at our home for a surprise visit and brought her flowers with her. Turned out one dozen was long stemmed and one dozen was short stemmed. Looked weird, not like I imagined an order for $90 would look. Called them, they apologized, and are sending the other dozen by tomorrow. Also not happy with the false advertising regarding their "free shipping." It's not free unless you sign up for some service and you only find this out after your order is complete!! Not cool at all! I'd recommend shopping around first. Oh yeah, the roses came in a box! Not a great presentation for what I paid!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day from this site, but they were never delivered. Proflowers claims that they order was never received, but I have the email confirmation notice from them. Then, they refused to make good on their mistake. My wife was upset all weekend and their eror ruinued our Valentines weekend. I will never shop here again.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!!!

I have been using them for over 6 years and today my relationship with them will END!! They have the worst customer service. I was put on hold 7 times and disconnected 7 times by customer service. This has happened in the past but not to this extent. The V-day flowers were never delivered. They refunded my money and said they would deliver it anyway on Sat. It didn't arrive until Monday and the quality of the flowers sub-standard. I will move to another vendor instead from now on.

I ordered two dozen red roses that arrived black around the edges and were obviously several days old. Also, although I paid extra for a vase, they arrived in a box, with the vase included, so that my wife had to manually remove a little test tube of water from each flower and make the arrangement herself. Finally, although I paid extra for delivery on the 13th, they did not arrive until 3:30 pm, not that she could have showed of such a horrible arrangement anyway.

I have used Proflowers in the past and have been satisfied. But no more. I made and order and the flowers were delivered a day late. When I called to inquire I was told that Fedex couldn't find the address. Well they found it the next day. I have sent items from Proflowers to this address before with no problems. I was not notified that there was a problem. I was embarrassed when I called the recipient and asked about the flowers and found out they had not been shipped. I think I will look else where for a florist.

For the most part "OK" but NOT GREAT

For the most part, our dealings with Proflowers has been pretty decent. When my husband would go out to sea, he would give me flowers for every month he was gone and on special occasions. I also would send out flowers to others e.g, for their birthdays, anniversaries, get well etc...where the persons received the flowers on time and loved the bouquet. But when a friend of ours was dying and in ICU a year ago, they nor their wife received the flowers. Unfortunately, our friend died before the flowers were ever received. We were all too saddened to do anything about it and I didn't dare ask our friend if she finally received the flowers. This was a horrible incident; no-one should have to encounter. My point is, if someone is in critical care and you want to send flowers to them, I would count on another company.

We also ordered from ProFlowers and agreed to the free delivery popup. What a scam! Luckily I follow my emails really closely and watch my bank statements closely. I caught it before they could charge me $14.95, but they still chose to charge me $1.95 this month. I called and asked why, since I cancelled ahead of time, he just said it was "probably" for signing up for our trial period.
Ughh...I can't wait until they get sued for such horrid fraud. I have also read that it is difficult to find the correct phone number to contact them and cancel but I got through on the first call to this phone number: 1-877-699-9619, but fair warning they are very rude and not understanding. They won't refund you your $1.95. I don't mind because its such a small amount, but it just grates on my nerves knowing they got that money. I feel ashamed for falling for their fraud....its just not right.
