Daffodils=Long Stem Roses
by bluwballz ,Feb 11 '09
DO NOT....I repeat, DO NOT buy flowers from Proflowers!  Out of the two different occassions I bought flowers from them, the flowers have been either wrong or half dead.  Not only that, they said "long stem" and they were the size of daffodil.  Plus, if you want flowers that smell like flowers then I wouldn't bank on using them.  They are sprayed with so many chemicals you minds well smell a bottle of lysol.
I must say their customer service is very efficent, but in settling a complaint with receving the wrong flowers, they sent me a new dozen totally different color!
Final thought, go down your nearest highway, spot a sign that says "Flowers 4 Sale, $5,"  take them to your special someone, get praised and loved.
Don't get excited knowing you sent flowers from Proflowers to someone.  That's like getting a T-Bone at Denny's.

Never do business with these Scam artists
by buywrite ,Dec 16 '08
I just figured out that a charge from a deceptive company called easysaver billed as encore marketing originated after I place an order with Proflowers and responded to a $10 off coupon offer. This is extremely deceptive and any company that would partner with these scam artists is an unethical company that should be avoided. Hopefully there are lawyers preparing a class action against these fraudsters and credit card companies reject their charges. Hopefully they will be put out of business for their involvement in this scam.

False Advertising and Skimpy Floral Arrangements !
by denib ,Nov 09 '08
Pro Flowers is the WORST !!! The advertised flowers look great in the online advertisment, but on delivery barely resemble the ad.  I  would NOT recommend Pro Flowers to anyone.  The floral arrangement delivered to my sister in Las Vegas after her surgery was not even close to the advertised photo, nor did it contain the over dozen lilies and dozen tulips as listed in Pro Flowers order description.  Their skimpy floral arrangement was delivered without the personal online get well note I had written. I paid close to $ 100.00 for this pitiful arrangement.  The flowers delivered were an embarrassment, and looked nothing like the bouquet on Pro Flowers web site.  Rip Off Company , False Advertising!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I could imagine.
by sendamsg ,Feb 16 '09
I tried ProFlowers and ordered three days in advance.  I received a half dead box of tulips.  I ordered Roses!  The even better part was that the roses were sent and I never received them.  I hope the UPS driver liked them.  This was the worst online experience.  Do not use them unless you like disappointment.  Stay away from ProFlowers.  I hope the CEO Bill Strauss is happy providing a horrible service.

Scammed by ProFlowers - EasySaver Rewards
by samyahm ,Jun 15 '09
ProFlowers ripped me off with the EasySaverRewards program - buy your flowers elsewhere.  The flowers are great, but they enrolled me in a monthly $14.95 plan with Easy Saver.  One email message was sent "welcoming me", then just monthly charges.  DO NOT BUY YOUR FLOWERS FROM PROFLOWERS - unless you are Bill Gates.

BIG SCAM
by proflower_scam ,Jun 15 '09
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS.COM -- IT IS A SCAM

I ordered flowers for valentine's day in 2008 and as a result, I've been getting charged $14.95 a month since May 2008 with this "Easysaver" charge that I NEVER signed up for and NEVER authorized, but is somehow tied to your proflowers order.

REPEAT, DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS -- IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM

The very best flower service around!
by kocol ,May 04 '04
I was so impressed with this company and service I actually bought stock in the company! Everything is delivered by Fed Ex overnight from the growers themselves!
They come so fresh they take one day to fully bloom, so they last a very long time. Plus on most orders you can recieve the vase free. I have used this service many times now and never been disapointed. As if this were not enough they also have a bill me later option so you do not have to put your credit card information on the internet!

There were very nice thiefs.
by toddh12 ,Mar 03 '09
The experience buying flowers was very good until I realized that I somehow signed up for Easy Savers and was charged $14.95 per month. I will never use Pro Flowers again sign they associate with such terrible companies. They ripped me off with great customer service.

Proflowers ruins Valentines day.
by bobakin ,Feb 14 '08
They ruined valentines day. I will never use them again. Even though I ordered the flowers on January 30th and used flexible shipping which means they could deliver them on either February 13th or the 14th if they wanted to. My girlfriend sat in her office and never received anything. Thanks Proflowers.

Did not deliver the flowers as promised. Poor customer service.
by dressagemaven ,Feb 03 '09
I ordered flowers and paid for next day delivery.  According to the invoice the flowers would be delivered on Friday.  The following Tuesday I received a message that they were unable to deliver the flowers on Tuesday and would deliver the flowers on Wednesday.  When I called customer service to ask why the flowers were 5 days late and about the extra charge I had paid for next day delivery, it was customer no service, so I canceled the order.  If it matters when your flowers arrive, or if you expect a company to stand by its contract, try someone else.

Very Pathetic customer service
by sam12480 ,Feb 11 '09
I made an order at proflowers.com and the order total was $32.45. My credit card got cancelled (since it was compromised) and when I tried to change the card on the order, the order total became $48,56

When I called customer service, I was called a liar and the manager erica was the most unresponsive manager I ever talked to.

pro flowers shares credit card info - slammed for $14.95 membership
by ennix ,Mar 19 '08
PRO FLOWERS SHARES CREDIT CARD INFO WITH ANOTHER MERCHANT!!

I got my wife some flowers for Valentines Day. The Flowers were ok, but didn't last too long.

I purchased from proflowers and got slammed by easy saver.

What a shame. I liked proflowers but will never order from them again. If there was fine print somewhere, I don't remember it. If they managed to HIDE a signup in a coupon (don't remember) it is still dishonest, and they still shared my credit card info with another entity.

on my card statement:

VISA PURCHASE
EASY SAVER
800-355-1837 ,PA
Terminal: 469216
14.95

if you call the 800 number, they will supposedly cancel and refund no questions asked. It seems they are expecting these calls. I suppose if you don't notice for months, chances are you aren't going to be getting all of your $$ back. Luckily I noticed days after the initial charge. They admitted that they got the card info from Pro Flowers. Be sure to google proflowers and Easy Pay and see how many others got screwed.

If you've found this forum, be sure to post here and find another, new place to post about the scam!

Proflowers Sucks
by whipstitch ,Feb 16 '06
Ordered a month in advance for Valentines Day. At noon, on Valentines Day I received this email... "Due to an error during order processing, your gift was not shipped as scheduled. We are writing in the hopes that you will have time to make alternate arrangements or notify the recipient of this error." I then called them and they told me the email I received was sent out in error and the flowers were on the truck for delivery. They never arrived. Happy Valentines Day.

BEWARE OF PROFLOWERS SCAM !!
by js1968 ,Sep 12 '08
Proflowers is an active participant in a scam/fraud……..
Proflowers uses misleading and unethical advertising practices that end up charging your credit card a monthly ongoing charge when you click on the free shipping offer or $10 off offers. It is VERY deceptive and done ON PURPOSE.
I recently ordered some flowers for my wife for her birthday from Proflowers.com. A couple of months later I realized that I was being charged $14.95 a month from something called EasySaver…. Proflowers signed me up for this bogus/fraud money saver club thing. When I emailed Proflowers, I was told that I agreed to be signed up when I purchased the flowers. I really did not see this coming from what I thought was a legitimate business.
I will NEVER buy from Proflowers again and no one else that I know will either... I will see to that.

Horrible Experience....Flowers never arrived
by bleuice55 ,Feb 20 '07
I order 24 roses for Valentines 3 weeks in advance and the roses never arrived. Of course my wife thought I didn't send anything. Proflowers offered no explanation or anything. They said "sorry", you'll get your money back in 7 days. Very unprofessional customer service and unreliable.
