Pros: Online delivery time, cheap, replaced damaged flowers for free Cons: risk of getting damaged flowers at times
Being the college student I am, and the tight budget that I am on, I decided to search the web for a good online flower delivery service that wasn't too expensive. It was my mom's birthday coming up and I figured I would dazzle her with a dozen peach...

Pros: beautiful flowers at a great price Cons: Fed Ex is the shipper
Being fairly new to the exciting world of online shopping, I was a little apprehensive about buying anything online. It did not take long for me to overcome that fear! I was desperate for a gift for my mother's birthday. She has everything in the world...

Pros: beautiful flowers, reliable delivery Cons: no one has sent me flowers in months
It makes me mad that when I'm buying flowers for someone from a service like 800 flowers, 10-15 dollars goes right to the service and weakens my flower buying purchasing power. I mean, really should a few buds in a cup be a forty dollar undertaking? No....

Pros: price, speed, customer service Cons: lower quality, can't go and pick the flowers yourself
I've ordered several times from proFlowers.com. The quality of their flowers is definitely less than what you might find from your local florist, but at the same time, their prices are lower and their 7-day guarantee is hard to beat. I tried them for...

Pros: Quick delivery, fine product in excellent condition Cons: I'm not looking for any
I heard the doorbell ring, did not get to the door in time to see anyone, but there was a long purple box with the proflowers.com logo on it. Unbelievable--my kids actually remembered me on Mother's Day.
Inside the box was a lovely bunch of...

Pros: Give me a moment. . . . Cons: They don't deliver what is shown or described.
Ordering flowers for delivery to another takes a bit of blind trust. There's a good chance you'll never see the flowers, the person you sent them to might be hesitant to complain if a disappointing product is delivered.
Such was the dilemma...

Pros: Fast service, good customer service Cons: Bad quality
I recently received a gift certificate from work, for doing a good job, for a internet service that provides gifts. After looking through their selection, I decided to send my wife flowers for Mother's Day. This internet service uses Proflowers, this...

Pros: EXCELLENT customer service & FED EX tracking! Cons: Hit or miss with quality of the flowers
I recently sent flowers from this site to a man I love for his birthday.
They had this special offer that would Benefit the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Fund (by 8%), if you bought a particular dozen pink roses that they had on special for $29.95....

Pros: Quality product. Quality C.S. Cons: Can't think of one.
The Secret Shopper highly recommends using this internet company to order flowers online over the following:
* PC Flowers - I have seen samples of their work and let's just leave it at that.
* 1-800-FLOWERS - Sure it's the name you...

Pros: convenience of ordering on line. Cons: Wrong order, wrong delivery date, wrong billing, wrong choice for buying gifts.
Pro? NO! Flowers? NO!,I was going to be out of town, which my job requires, on Valentine Day. I thought I would surprise my lovely wife of eleven years with a nice surprise, since I would be out of town. I heard Bill Handel ( radio talk show host)...

Pros: Easiest purchase you've ever made. Cons: The flowers done died.
Two weeks ago, I would have given proflowers.com a 5 star rating. Today, I've changed my mind about them.
I bought a dozen roses from them, after seeing their adverts and comparing prices. The website was fairly easy to navigate, and their...

Pros: Perfect flowers, fresh cut, fair price Cons: Blood inside box
(ProFlowers.com) Fresh from the grower to the heart. A motto that they can own up too. However, a little to close sometimes.
My journey, happiness for my wife on a not so good day at work. Frustration and tiredness came to my mind as I...

Pros: Others say that it has worked out well. Cons: Both me and my boss get burned by service in one weekend.
This Mother's Day found me using the Internet to send my mother something special as I would be hundreds of miles away.
As Epinion's members will note, my user handle is The Peach and this has been a longstanding internet handle for me that my...

Pros: Good Prices, Great Selection Cons: No Frequent Buyer Program
I am not easy to please.
There, I've said it. And the first step to recovery is admitting that you have a problem...
Now that that is off my chest, let me just say that I have been pleased everytime I've dealt with Proflowers.com....

Pros: no vases, pricing, selection Cons: none
I have used this vendor 8 or 10 times in the last 6 months, and have been consistently pleased with the service. The flowers have come as advertised, on time, packed meticulously in weather-resistant packaging. To me one of the best aspects is that you...
