REI is my favorite store. We live in a rural area and there is no REI store available for 150 miles. My shipment comes immediately, returns are easy and quickly posted to my account, quality is excellent, choices are fantastic. My husband and I have been members for multiple years and REI is so easy to navigate. I believe we have been a member since the early 70's. Great Job REI. I am frustrated at having to pay both shipping and sales tax on a product when the nearest store is several hours away, though in the same state.
