the website is easily navigated, the gift wrapping was lovely, however the QUALITY of the merchandise is seriously overated. I was disappointed in 3 of 7 items and will be returning those. Overpriced. Read more

I would shop this merchant, but had issues with receiving my second package. The package was shipped, but was empty (just a packing slip and bubble wrap). So, I phoned again, and had to wait almost 20 minutes to speak with someone to explain what happened. The young man I spoke with was very helpful and promised to send my items out so I would receive them on time. Well, I received the package one day after our holiday party, so not on time! He also promised I would not be billed the additional shipping fees, so I am waiting to see if those hit my credit card and whether I will be back on "hold" with RedEnvelope to get that matter sorted out.
Oh well. What can you expect during a busy holiday season.

I was not happy with the quality of the monogramming on the card case, or the personalization of the coasters, the first time around. I received the new card case and it is better, not perfect, but looks better overall.
