Order was placed on 11/08. Received order confirmation email on 11/08. On 11/21 I emailed Customer Service inquiring regarding the status of my order. Customer Service NEVER responded. Finally on 11/28 I received an email stating my order had been shipped. On that email it stated that all items I ordered were shipped. It wasn't until I received my order that I discovered that 4 of the items I ordered were out of stock. When I received my Credit Card statement I discovered that they charged me for the full amount of my order on 11/09. As of 12/05 they have still not credited my account for the out of stock items. When you call them you get voice mail and they DO NOT return your call. Very poor customer service! Will never buy from them again!

Service Merchandise sent defective merchandise, demanded that I send it back at my expense (it was a large and heavy item) and lost the other part of my order. Then, they refused to issue a credit for the defective item, the return shipping (which they promised to refund), or the part of the order that never arrived. The worst part was all of the chirpy "have a great day" emails I received promising to issue credits. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card...but at the end of the day I'll be out $30.00. Stay far away from this online retailer...there are others out there who are honest.
