'Called me 3 days after I placed order online and told me their online system wasn't correct--order would be $100 more. Unable to track order when I call---have to send an "e-mail" to factory and wait 48 hours for response and then another 24 hours since agent e-mailing request would be off-work that day.

Order was backordered and it took them a over a week to inform me of the delay. I had an urgent need for the product so was forced to cancel the order and reorder from another vendor.

The blinds I received were not exactly as ordered. This is the second time I've had difficulty with Smith & Noble. Though I've been a customer for 10 years, I may/may not use the company again in the future. I'm not confident in the quality of manufacture nor the service. At this point I am still waiting to hear how the company corrects the problem--I reached a customer service rep on Saturday but have not hear back from her now that "the plant is open".
