Nice selection, website is easy to navigate, products way overpriced. Before you buy anything form them, look somewhere else first! I've been getting their catalog for years but I always manage to find things much cheaper in other places. I have seen things priced as much as $40 over everyone else's price for the same thing. Buyer beware! However, sometimes I wont find what I'm looking for anywhere else so I end up getting things from them from time to time. They are quick with shipments, but customer service isn't that great.

Nothing special about this store compared to Dr's Foster and Smith. A little bit slower processing the order, similar prices, took a little longer to ship to Utah. Nothing really bad though.

I LOVE this store. I buy lots of stuff here for my cats and my fish. They have great selection and great prices! Their prices are sometimes half of what I would pay at the local chain pet store. SO CHEAP!!!
