Walmart.com is wonderful

I love Walmart! You can get everything you need right online. The website is set up beautifully so that your eyes can quickly scroll the site. Plus, they have great deals online especially now around the holiday including great shipping rates.

Walmart is my home away from home. I am constantly there. I grocery shop, baby shop, electronic shop, clothes shop there. I love their super center stores.
As far as the WALMART.COM stores I have had a bad experience with them. They don't have EVERYTHING they do at the store online. There's less to choose from.
They don't deliver and faster than the usual dot com stores, they average about the same. I shop online very frequently as with 3 kids under the age of 5 it's hard and annoying to go to the stores.
I have not had bad accuracy problems, the order were always correct, just most of the things were not available. It was during Christmas time so, I'll give them a little slack for that.
I never used the costumer service.

Very frustrating

I tried to order an item to be shipped to a store. I tried ALL stores in New Mexico, Colorado Springs and surrounding areas from Pueblo to Monument, south Denver area and ALL of Alaska. Every store said it was not available for store pick up. What is the story?? When I tried to call customer service I was told it would be an 8 minute wait. Still have not been able to get through to them.

SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS, INFERIOR QUALITY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Walmart.com advertised a cashmere scarf for $16.88 which I ordered on 11/27/06. I also purchased the matching cashmere gloves. Not only did Walmart.com NEVER INDICATE PRIOR TO PAYMENT THAT THE SCARF WAS BACKORDERED, but when I received the gloves, they were so cheaply made that I returned them the next day to the local Walmart store.
I emailed Walmart.com on 12/7/06 requesting that the scarf be cancelled since I suspect it is probably the same inferior quality as the gloves.
I have emailed in excess of three times to get this item cancelled and, over 10 days later, it is still being shown on their website as "processing". Customer service is non-existent beyond the "automated message" emails.
I do not recommend Walmart.com!

I ordered the product I wanted on 10/24/2006 and was a little concerned about delivery after I read some of the negative comments. The product I ordered arrived on 10/30/2006. Great Service!! No problems.

I don't trust the product reviews on their site

The product I ordered was defective out of the box so I was out my money for shipping when I returned it.
I posted a negative review on the walmert.com site, using appropriate language, and that review was "rejected" because they did not like my nickname "frustratedbuyer". I found out about the rejection 3 weeks later. I reposted my dissatisfaction with the experience and the product but am not sure whether or not they will post it.
Like I said - totally appropriate content, just a negative review that never got posted.

Walmart is not very good on return merchandise credit. They may give you partial credit on items but not full credit which include the shipping cost.

Walmart Photo Center

The shipping is ridiculas but that is my opinion when it comes to any and all internet sites. The best deal that Walmart.com has is there clearance sections and the photo center.
I have been uploading all my digital camera photos to them and having them sent to the nearest walmart, it's cheap, easy and all my prints are exceptional. Perfect 8X10 for under $2. Better than all the rest. Try there Photo Center you will love it

I have always liked shopping at Walmart. I just placed an order on line, and am very pleased. Item was easy to find and had the best price. Delivery options were great. I will always use Walmart whenever I can. They accept several different payment methods,and I believe they have a very wide selection of items to offer. I didn't have a Walmart in the town i used to live in and was so happy when we moved here and had a Walmart so i didn't have to go to the next town. Which I willingly did, but it is so nice to have one right here

Buyer Beware!!

After shipping my item, Walmart.com experienced a computer error that was charging my account 81.28 at the rate of about twenty times a day. My bank account was being depleted daily, and Walmart.com customer service seemed fairly unconcerned and unapologetic to my plight. They were either unwilling or unable to stop the charges from rolling in. I called several times and was given the run around every time. They either told me that it was my responsibility to call my bank (which I had been doing more than once a day to have the charges removed, but walmart.com wouldn't STOP the charges from rolling in.) or that the person in charge wasn't in that day. (my personal favorite cop out.) All I was asking them to do at this point was to stop the charges from rolling in.
Two days later and I have the inconvienience of being issued a new debit card from my bank with a new number since this seemed the only way to stop the charges due to walmart.com unwillingness to co-operate.
Be very wary of giving this site access to your bank account.

Horrible customer service - they cancelled my order

I ordered the Regenerator R/C for my son for Christmas on 7 December, and on 18 December I got an email saying my order had been cancelled. Why did it take them 11 days to figure out the item wasn't in stock? Why did Walmart claim it was in stock when I ordered it? By 18 December nobody had the item, but on 7 December when I first ordered it I had my choice of companies to order it from. I thought I could trust Walmart. I was wrong. Walmart.com customer service did nothing ... not even an I'm sorry. I also ordered a $20 battery pack and charger for the Regenerator. That I recieved. So they cancelled my order for the Regenerator, but still sent the battery and charger? What am I supposed to do with that? All in all, a horrible experience, and the only toy my son wanted, he's not getting for Christmas.

Just received some of the Christmas Presents I ordered. I received all but one of the gifts I ordered. I received my merchandise the on exact date given when I placed my order.
I am still waiting for one item that is on back order. I wished I would have received everything at the same time, but according to the email I received it should be here in time for Christmas. I am satisfied with the service I received.

Buy a Walmart giftcard for a great little "thinking of you" gift for your college student. They can use this at any Walmart to buy what they want or need. Walmart online also has cute gift baskets like the popcorn movie care package with phone card. You can make this purchase online and have it sent to your favorite student at the University. Nice way to let them know you are thinking of them!

ORDERED CYBERHOME 7-INCH PORTABLE DVD WITH CAR KIT AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT THE LCD SCREEN WOULD NOT WORK. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH PRODUCT. THE DVD LOOKED AS THOUGH IT HAD BEEN RETURNED ONCE BEFORE BECAUSE THE BOX WAS ALL BULGED AND THE WRAPPERS HAD BEEN REMOVED.
