They got my order a delivered it the next day it was a great experience ordering with them on-line. I will order again please believe that.

I placed an order for an mp3 player, using a credit card. I saw that they not only charged me shipping, but SALES TAX as well. I though, 'whatever, just send the thing.' So I waited. And waited. And waited... 4 days later my order was still being processed, so I called to find out why. They told me it can take up to 8 DAYS just to process the order. Then they told me I'd be getting the mp3 player in 2 weeks. That's inexcusable for a credit card order. I cancelled it, and got an email stating it was currently out of stock. The site said it was in stock and ready to ship when I placed the order 4 days earlier, so I call BS on that.

Avoid this place at all costs. They may have decent prices, but the wait, sales tax, and the way they treat customers is pathetic.

It doesn't get too much better than this!! I like to do my research before purchasing anything. I hate being caught off guard buying anything I could have bought cheaper elsewhere.
After checking around I usually go back to them, with the availability and prices, you can't go wrong ever.

Before I was smart enough to join Netflix, I joined wallmart's version for DVD rental. It was horrible selection, long wait periods for movies to be available, and slow shipping once they finally were available. In addition, when a DVD was lost in the mail -- they threatened to charge me for it. I contacted them and told them that I had never recieved it -- and I was told that I would not be charged. Then they sent me notice that my credit card had been charged.

I ordered several things from www.walmart.com. They were listed as in stock. It took me 4 1/2 half months to recieve my items. Then I only got half. After numerous calls to the customer service department and hours of recorded messages, I finally got a human. I was told that I would recieve my items in 5 buisness days. 7 weeks later they came. I was double charged for the items in the second shipment. They charged me orginally when I ordered, then again when they decided to ship them. It was the worst experiance I have ever had with online shopping.

I had a fantastic experience with this on-line store! I ordered slightly a week before Christmas and received my order quickly and accurately and before Christmas!

A brief description? LOUSY. Some 3rd party carrier that handles the packages named APX between WALMART and USPS is as reliable as New England weather. "To arrive between 12/17/04 and 12/22/04" according to WALMART. " To arrive between 12/24/04 and 12/28/04" according to APX. Want to guess how many US Postal workers there are working on 12/24/04? Want to know how many people want their X-mas presents before 12/28/04?

Would you like to know if my children would find the 28th exceptable? I was able to find most gifts in a rush, but not by half. Try explaining to your little 5 year olds that Santa will be late this year...

WALMART got scammed by a wannabe "commercial shipper". They need to be less cheap on their end of the S&H contracts that they sign.

I have bought a mp3 player from the website, it's been almost a week and the status is still in "processing". If it was out of stock, I would understand why, but it is in stock. This long waiting time is really testing my patience. I have called the customer service and they have no explanation but just saying that it's in "processing".

I would definitely not shopping at walmart.com again

WalMart.com sent me the wrong item and then I had trouble reaching customer service and returning it. I rate their website as above average regarding ease of navigation and selection, their customer service as average, and their complaint resolution as below average. I would not recommend shopping at WalMart.com as their are more reliable websites available.

Also the website didn't work and I couldn't check out. I called in and finished my order on the phone. I was told it takes 2 to 3 weeks the item was at my place after about a week and a half had past. Wal-Mart was good nice fast and the price was good too. The gym is another story poor craftsmanship.

Tried to get a GPS System from here but they said the distributor had a delay. But online, Walmart said they had it in stock. Paid for express shipping and the day I was suppose to receive it I get an email about the delay. It was a gift that I needed ASAP. Now I'm shopping all over the place and have to pay overnight shipping for $50!!!!

I found the shopping experience very satisfactory and I would recommend it to my family and friends for future use.

I had the worst experience with Walmart.com. They do not know how to do business on the Internet. Customer Service is the worst. The supervisors do not know about customer satisfaction.
Be careful when you place an order, especially if you pay for faster shipping. It will NOT get there on time.
If you buy electronics, they want you to confirm the shipping address, so you have to call like 4 times to confirm an address where you already sent something from Walmart.com before. And very often they say that you did not call and that they do not have records of your calls confirming the shipping address. This process could take like 3 to 4 days. So your order is delayed one week. At the end, you pay fast shipping and get the item one week later.
If you call customer service to let them know that you paid for fast shipping and you order was received a week later, they do not care. Do not expect them to do something about it because they WILL NOT. And if you ask for a supervisor, be ready because they are RUDE and do not care about customer satisfaction.

Your better off just paying the shipping.  you get an email that tells you a pick up date, is not there you spend gas and time goind to the store 5 times to deal with people who have no customer service skills.  you call and you hold for just a moment about 30 minutes. your credit card gets charge and in the end they have no product for you and tell you such and item order does not exist.  My advise  pay a little more and have it shipped home in the end you are saving time, gas and fustration.

I received my order on the 3rd day selecting the Express Saver (FedEx). Shipping time was excellent, however I was disappointed that they shipped my DVD player without any other packaging except for the original manufactures box. Looks like the box was opened (was taped with packing tape), but everything looked new (still who wants 2nd hand hardware).
