Walmart.com

product was not delivered. I cancelled after waiting 7 weeks. E-mailing or calling customer service did nothing. Do they speak English?

I ordered a product online at www.walmart.com. I had it shipped to the store closest to me to save shipping costs. MISTAKE. It has been 10 days now since I placed my order and they STILL don't have the product. I will NEVER order from Walmart online again. Also, if you complain to their customer service department online, you get a "canned" response back. No one really ever addresses your issue. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE AT WALMART!

this site has everything that walmart has to offer online. Not all stores carry everything that the online store has. And the best part is that you can have what ever you want off of online sent to your nearest store for easy pick up.

WalMart has a great online store and great customer service. I have so far purchase two items and the online order was processed in less than 2 business days and my deliver was just a couple of days after that. Its easy to monitor the stages of your on-line orders and delivery. I found the perfect computer desk with hutch and five shelf bookcase (by Sauder) for my son and both items were on sale with the lowest prices I could find. I love Walmart --check it out!!!! I realize everyone's experience may vary but I had a good one and will continue to order from them.

I've found that Wal-Mart has the best Rx prices around, even compared to online drugstore.com. A pharmacist at their store near me told me that this store sells rxs near cost to drive more traffic into the store and HBA department. What a great benefit to those in their communities who use high priced presciption medicines.
Their online RX site, www.walmart.com/pharmacy, provides a great convenience for reordering refills or transferring rxs.

I have ordered many items from Walmart.com, & have found their prices to be the lowest. Their delivery is always on time. I have ordered Computer components, & collectibles, & have never had to return anything due to being damaged, or the wrong item shipped. I like their policy that you can return an online ordered item to any Walmart store, even if the store doesn't stock the item. I just ordered a welding book that Sears wanted $19.95 for & Walmart's price was $15.47 with shipping charges. If I have ever had to return anything to the store, I have been in & out in minutes. I only shop at other stores, or online, if my local Walmart store doesn't have what I am looking for.

There ad was misleading about X-Box 360. After I complained they said bring back to store and we will get another. All I wanted was the game and case. Thumbs down

I would not shop Walmart.com again. I placed a order, upgraded the delivery for Christmas and it was suppose to be here on December 18th. I checked and they said I didn't have a order with them. Gave them the order number and they said there was no such order. Now what I had ordered is not longer available. They would not even try to accommodate me by trying to offer me something else. Just said there is nothing they can do and next time call the customer service number to place a order instead.

This web store sucks. I had ordered a bike for my 3 year old on 4/25 and I was told I will receive the product at the store within 10 days. I have made 3 trips to the store and the item hasn't arrived even after 20 days. finally I get a call on 5/16 from the customer care representative explaining that the delay could be indefinite and if I wanted a refund. These guys take the kid's desires for granted.I had kept my son waiting trusting this store. I will never try this store.

I don't have a lot of time to go to shopping but when I saw the Birthstone dolls on Ebay, I thought I'd see how much they were actually selling for and was quite pleasantly surprised to find them so affordable (and in stock) on Walmart.com. I went ahead and ordered one doll for each of my 3 daughters and 2 gameboy advance SP's for Christmas. When I received my delivery I was very disappointed. The games I ordered were BOTH the wrong color and two of the dolls were not acceptable. One box appeared to have been just tossed in a box without any protective packaging and was crushed. The other doll box was also damaged and they sent me the African American version even after specifically asking for a caucasian doll. I decided to not use their .com service again when I was charged a second time for their shipping the correct items to me. Oh, yes, they got one of the gameboy color games wrong the second time also; kept it to avoid any more frustration. Nuff Said.

Eight months ago I purchased a MP3 player from Walmart online for a gift. It was delivered ontime but it was the wrong item. It was such a big hassle to return the item. I said I would not purchase online from Walmart again but I did, recently, a $400 Item that I bought with a US$ credit card to be shipped to a US address but they cancelled my order because the computer I used was not in the United States. (So do not travel out of the US and borrow a computer to shop at Walmart.) I will not shop at Walmart again.

When it comes to video games, you're hit or miss. I've purchased a couple games that were well below normal retail price. This only happened while on sale. Their normal price was about average. I purchased a few games that were more expensive here that I saw for much less at Toys R Us only 1 or 2 weeks later.

It's difficult to tell whether their prices are the best or not. I recommend looking at LOTS of online retailers on the internet before committing to a purchase.

Walmart.com is my hero. If you shop from Hawaii, most .com stores will give you very limited shipping options. Walmart.com will ship via USPS and that saves me a lot of money. Most items I buy online from Walmart.com, are cheaper than if I had bought it in a Walmart Store down the street! This is including tax and shipping! When they say delivery in X number of days it gets here on time. Take that FedEx!

My review is about buying music downloads from walmart.com. My advice -don't do it! I purchased a few songs from them and it was ok then I had one that would not finish downloading. I got most of the song but it wouldn't finish. I tried 3 times then it wouldn't let me do it again. I wrote to them and they said that is all I could do. Then I had a house fire and lost everything. I contacted them about redownloading all of my songs and was told I would have to purchase them again. I also had songs from itunes and when I explained to them about the fire they allowed me to redownload everything. So if you want to download music do it at itunes- not walmart.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Walmart.com and have always been fully satisfied with everything I have ever bought there. I have always gotten my stuff on time and sometimes even a little earlier than expected. They always have wonderful prices and have always been very helpful if I had a question or needed some help. This is a store you can really depend on a really good place to shop at Christmas time if you don't want to be in the Christmas Hustle and Bustle of things! I would recommend Walmart.com to anyone! My number one store for anything and everything (virtually!)
