A great and easy way to shop online

My shopping experience with Walmart.com has been overall excellent. No complaints of ordering online with this company. The time of delivery was always accurate and on time, I have always recieved the product I order and is always in good condition, customer service was always kind and understanding of any questions or concerns.

NOT MUCH can be found I recomend going to the store its alot simpler. its also cheaper-- no shipping and handling. over all if you are desperate It may be of some use.

$20 "authorization" not listed in registration

I signed up for a free trial of the Walmart.com DVD rental service. It's a 30 day free trial, with 2 DVD's out at a time for $16.91 with my local sales tax. I was immediately charged $20.00 by WAL*MART. I found on their site (after much searching) that this will be an "authorization" for 30 days to cover any DVD's not returned. I don't know how 3 DVD's add up to $20, but whatever. At no point during the registration was I given a link to the FAQ page that this is stated on, the terms and conditions are different. I'm still going to use the free trial, but because of the shady FAQ listing, I'm definitely going to cancel on day 29.

Too Long delivery - walmart.com

I had ordered this product on July 06. This was my first order on walmart.com, only reason is that it was out of stock in store. Even today July 24 I am not in receipt of order. Neither have any idea when I am going to. While ordering it said 3 to 5 days site to store delivery. After placing order confirmation says July 16 to July 22. What is logic - anybody's guess. On July 22 I got mail saying that delivery is delayed.
I write emails (starting from July 12) to walmart from my account no replies. I called their claims department no calls returned. When I go to store the folks there say sorry for their inability. I cannot cancel the order either.
I had option to buy one from store and then return this when I receive but that is unethical I thought. Please save your life and do not order online go to store and wait for stock - it is much better. I cannot tell you how I am facing my son every day for not giving his first bike.
I will rate negative if possible walmart.com

Fast Easy Cheap and Accurate!

Love It! Once you have your account set up you can order with just a few clicks and it is on its way! I have ordered everything from books and CD's to giant playhouses and I have yet to be disappointed. The packing has always been extremely accurate unlike many other online retailers and the shipping is very quick. With regular ground shipping I usually have my order in 3-4 days from the day that I order it. The account profile screen is easy to use and it also has a wonderful address book that stores every address you have shipped to. You can store multiple credit cards on your account so that purchases can be made with ease. Returns can be made through the mail or in store. I have yet to return anything because it has always been what I was expecting. The e-mail confirmations keep you informed every step of the way and their site has easy navigation. You cant beat their prices and with no lines to deal with this is the way to go!

Terrible service from walmart.com

Walmart.com is not worth ordering from. They are incompetant and uncaring.
I originally placed an order on 10/28 for a toaster oven and blender. When I checked with UPS about the delivery, they told me the package had been returned.
I then called a Wallmart customer service on 11/18 to see why it had been returned. I was told that the street address was missing and that the order would be sent out again and I would not have to pay postage.
When I checked today on this order I was told that it
had not been sent "because there was no street address"! I don't understand why this wasn't entered when I spoke to Walmart's first customer service rep on 10/28.
Walmart had my email and my phone number from when I placed the original order, so I don't understand why they didn't just contact me when there was a problem with the address. I also don't undertand why when I called to check on the returned delivery, Walmart's service rep didn't ensure all
the information was there.

Bad, just plain bad service. The shipment comes by USPS and the the package is wrecked. If I were you don't order. Very cheap shipping. They don't even put those foam things in for the shipping. You pay 12 dollars for shipping and you get a crumpled up box.

Another Unhappy Walmart.com Shopper!

I hardly ever order from Walmart.com because it takes so long to get an order & returning an item is a complete P.I.T.A!
I had ordered a necklace. I chose the size I wanted it in & placed my order with no problems. When I received the necklace it was clearly the wrong size.(it had the size on a tag on it) I returned the necklace & stupid me reordered it because I really wanted this necklace that wasn't sold at my local Walmart. When I received it the second time, it was the wrong size AGAIN! It was the same size as the last one they sent me(too small). SO, this time I had my husband call & let them know what was going on. The lady had the nerve to tell him his neck was just too big!!! How ignorant is that??!! The necklace wasn't for him in the first place & that was simply a very unprofessional comment to say to a customer! I ended up returning the necklace at the store & the lady there started to give me hell about ordering stuff online I don't want!!

I recently purchased a camera from Walmart.com. I was worried afterward due to all the negative responses from people that had previously dealt with them. Maybe they are finally on the ball because my order came in three days and they had projected it would take 5-7 days. I was very impressed and the camera was packed nicely in the package. Would definitely use their service again.

I have ordered from Wall Mart several times and have never had a problem. It takes a while for them to send the order, but you always seem to get it. Just don't expect to get any customer Service as that is not going to happen, but it does not happen in their stores either.
The overall satisfaction is fine.

Ordered Gameboy bundle (hardware + 2 games) from Wal-Mart. After I submitted the order I realized I selected the wrong games. Couldn't get hold of customer rep. At the web site I tried to cancel the order. This was within 18 minutes of submitting my order. The order was in processing status even after 3 hrs. Called customer support. This time someone answered but said she cant help. I waited till next morning (24hrs of order). Still order status of processing. Late that day I checked again and saw my order was in shipped status.
This is not what I would expect from a large American company. Tried to call customer service and waited for almost an hour before talking to someone. Again got the answer 'Cant help'. I may want to return at the store but the shipping cost of $15+ will not be refunded!

Stinks, just a wast of time.

Ordered and paid for a small 1.7 cu ft refigiator to be delivered to my walmart store. 10 days later walmart claimed the item was damaged in shipping? they then cancelled my order, stated to just reorder.
OK reording the same item, now price has gone up. I e-mailed them for a answer, plus asked why do I have to even reorder, just send another one?
Now I'm told if I reorder they will adjust the price to the first order. OK so I reorded, 20 days later nothing!! I e-mailed again, nothing, (I also had a new order no.) so they told to to call a 800#, did that and get this.
Yes we have your new order however nothing has been done to put it through, What the H---, what kind of a way is this to do business.
Today I'm still waiting for a reply. Next time I'll drive to Sears and get it the same day. What a wast.

Was looking for a GPS for my wife as a Christmas present, and was surprised that Wally-World said they had the one I had decided to get in stock and at the best price I could find on the net. Based on the availability and price, decided to give them a try. I ordered the product and their order processing was a bit on the slow side, but since I had ordered in plenty of time, and it was heavy Christmas shopping season, did not give up hope on them. The total process for order processing and shipping (UPS ground was a bit high for that item, IMO) was about 10 days and had the well-packed (from the manufacturer) product in my hand, ready to wrap. The kids and I were happy, soooooooo , I would use them again.
