I was very impressed with the free overnight shipping. That is the biggest reason I chose to buy on Zappos.com instead of a few other sites I was looking on for same/similar shoes. I knew I would have them under the tree on christmas and didn't have to spend a fortune just on shipping fees.

I had ordered shoes with Zappos before and always had a good experience. This time I ordered a sandal but it was too short and I had to return it. I really liked the shoes, so I re-ordered a larger size but it was too wide and had to return it, also. I had never had to return anything before so I didn't know what to expect. What a pleasant experience! Return process is very simple and they were very quick with the refund. I'm even more impressed with Zappos now.

The only thing I like to complain about is, that I tried to order several shoes but you did not have them in my size. It put me on a waiting list to get the shoes in my size but I never got it. I have been waiting for a good two months. I end up only odering shoes for my sons but not for myself.

My shopping experience was very good. I purchased a different brand of shoe this time and the sizing was different so I had to return the first pair for credit and purchase another pair in a different size. My shoes were delivered the very next day (amazing!) and the credit was issued to my credit card very promptly. Thanks

We couldnt find a wide width pair of dress shoes for our daughter anywhere! We found Zappos online by entering wide width into google and there they were! The shoes came the next day and they fit perfect! :)
