Zappos.com is wonderful. They notified me when the size shoe I was waiting for was in stock again, which was just the beginning of my great experience with them. I ordered two pairs of shoes yesterday with free shipping, and I'm already wearing a pair of them right now. They sent an email right away after I placed my order, and within a few hours a second email was sent telling me they upgraded the free shipping so I would get my shoes the next day. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I do a lot of online ordering, and they are definitely on the top of my list for great online stores. I was surprised at how personalized the service felt since they seem to be one of the largest internet shoe sources. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

Zappos is clearly the best online shopping experience I have ever had. The comparison shopping is excellent, they show multiple views of shoes from all angles and you can easily see everything that is similar in style to any shoe that you are looking at. Even better is their excellent customer service. They shipped products very fast. I needed to return the shoes and order one size larger, the return process was very easy and was done online. Their prices are very competitive. This is the best online shopping and customer service company I have encountered. Give them a try, you will be a repeat customer.

I ordered a pair of original Clark's Desert Boots from Zappos.com and the service that I received was excellent! My shoes arrived in two days and since I found the same pair of shoes at a lower price from a different store, Zappos not only matched the competition's price but beat it by 10%. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes from Zappos.com. I was pleased with the selection of shoes and the fact that there was no shipping or tax. The shoes were scheduled to arrive in about a week, but came the following day. I really appreciate the fact that you can return unworn shoes at any time with no charge. Even put them out for the USPS to return for you. Keep an eye on your shoe price, because they will refund the difference but only up to a week. Both pairs of shoes I ordered went down in price, but I did not pay attention. And those shoes are still dropping in price. I do feel the prices are a little high initially, but if you can wait for them to decrease, you will get a great deal!

I ordered a pair of shoes on Wednesday 7/21. At first I didnt think the price was that great, but there was a free shipping offer. Combine that with no sales tax and the shoes were the same price as a local store, without the hassle of the mall.

This was my first order with them - the service was great. I got a tracking number that night and the shoes arrived today as promised.

Always a good experience, but the prices have gone up considerably since last year. I used to be able to find sale shoes for around $40. Now they don't have any sale shoes for less than $90! (They still have cheaper regular-priced shoes, but not as many as they used to.) They recently added free overnight shipping instead of free regular shipping. Who cares? I'd rather get the savings in the shoes, thanks.

I placed my order for a pair of Brook's Addiction 6 running shoes on Saturday morning. At a price lower than retail and with free shipping, I expected service to be less than perfect. Boy, was I shocked Monday morning to see my shoes at my door (48 hours later!). Can't wait to try them out. Thanks.

Zappos.com was a great on-line store. I can't imagine going anywhere else for shoes! I ordered on a Monday late evening and had 5 pairs of sneakers at my door by Wednesday morning! With free shipping that's usually unheard of. The selection was amazing - did a search for girls sneakers and got back 8 pages with 99 pairs of sneakers on each page. Color choices at the click of the button showing the shoes in ever available color. It was great. I would definitely shop there again for myself & family. I would recommend Zappos.com highly! I had a great experience.

Zappos.com has been nothing but good to me and my family. The free shipping both ways means you can order several different shoes, try them on at home, and ship any or all back for free. Yes, the shoes are slightly more expensive, but who else has the return policy? I highly recommend shopping at zappos.com.

Zappos is THE BEST SITE EVER!!! I found an AWEsome pair of boots on this site. They offer SUPER FAST shipping, which was also free by the way. I got upgraded to FREE 2nd day shipping, which actually did take only 2 days. The size I had originally ordered was too big. I called ZAPPOS...they faxed me over a return label and sent out another pair right away. Two days later (as promised) I received them. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE ZAPPOS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I did to all my friends and family!

I've dealt with many internet companies. This is one of the best. Great service, great return policy, speedy delivery, great selection. I would buy shoes elsewhere only if Zappos didn't have them. I would pay more to buy my shoes from Zappos. Not worth paying less and maybe going through great hassle or end up paying more in return shipping. Time is money. Zappos is hassle free and website is intelligently designed and easily navigable.
