My shopping experience was alright. I would prefer shopping in a store where i can try on a shoe to be positive it will fit, but that is at no fualt to the internet store. I would be more satisfied if the shipping didn't take as long (5-6 days). Aside from those minor things my shopping experience was enjoyable.

I was amazed at the speed of delivery. I ordered the sandals at 4:30 pm on Thanksgiving and received them at 6 pm the next day (they had arrived at 8:50 am and placed on the truck for delivery!).
The note sent in the package seemed heartelt and sincere. I was thrilled with this experience with Zappo's and have been sharing with all my friends!

I was surprised that the shoes were too big but that isn't the fault of Zappos. I was amazing that I got the shoes in 2 days. It took a little longer to process the returns but I understand why that would be.

I shop only sales. I've bought so many pairs of shoes
this past mo. I don't remember what I got at zappos.
I did order a pair of expensive Life Strides on 7-30.
They arrived the next day...if that was a Zappo order,
it was amazing. I was so pleased. I wore the shoes that
night to a special event.

Zappos is a great on line site. I have ordered many shoes from them over the last few years and have only had to return a pair once, and they even made that easy. Their site is easy to navigate and easy to check out. I usually recieve my shoes the next day.
