Horrible experience. The item was delayed without receiving any notice. I needed the item so I had to buy it at another store. I called to cancel the item. I was told it was canceled already, although I had not done that. I was told it may have been canceled due to item no longer in stock. Lo and behold, the item arrived and I was charged for it. When I tried to call for an explanation, I was put on hold for so long it wasn't worth the time any longer.

This is the worst experience ever. They lied about when the product was to be shipped. No contact was made by them about shipping, You have to talk to someone in India to try and get information. They SUCK ! I will never purchase anything from Boatersworld again.

Customer Service was impossible. No phone calls were returned.On repeat calling I found one agent had no information of my previous calls. No supervisor ever 'available' when requested.
English language ability of call-in center was terrible.
Simply: NEVER AGAIN!

Bad Experience! Never received the product that I ordered.
Was shipped the wrong product twice.

One place on order said delivery in 3 to 5 days.. Another place on order said 7 to 10 days and it took 14 days for delivery..... Don't know why....My boat was rained on several times while waiting on the cover...Nice cover when I finally did get it......

never received order. cancelled because it was to slow. 2 day delivery was a joke. That was 2 days from your ship date. That is a fraudulent statement saying it will take 2 days. Bought product at Cabelas.

BoatersWorld.com and Ritz Interactive uses an offshore telemarketing company for their Customer Service line, with absolutely no authority to take any corrective action when they fail to deliver the product at promised. They have no concept of how certain parts are critical to keeping boats afloat and running, nor do they care. West Marine and Fisheries Supply are much better at customer service, and I will take my business there from now on.

The web site shows a completely different colored towable than the red one that was shipped. When contacted they said they were not at the warehouse and wanted to refund $, instead of trying to find me the tube they advertised, and wanted me to print out a return label. I still wanted the other towable. My printer is broken, it took a superv. to okay mailing a return label to me; never received. We kept the tube. Don't like the color and will buy from Overton's or others in future.

I purchased one Garmin Streetpilot without problem. I wanted to purchase a second Steetpilot for a friend of mine
and I almost never got them to understand I was trying to
purchase two. Do they never sell more than one item. I will in all probability never shop there again. Iv'e found the same product for the same price at several other locations and will shop there in the future.
