I paid 19.95 to upgrade the shipping on my order to have it by the weekend. First, they stated my address didn't match my credit card-have lived here 40 yrs no problems. Second, could not tell me if item was even in stock and when it would ship. 3rd told me signature required for delivery so I could refuse,FedEx threw it against the garage door and left. Item came within 5 days not 3 that was promised. Non English speaking Customer Service Reps impossible to understand. 40 minute live chat useless and canned. Called to cancel the order-they shipped it anyway. I believe their customer service call center is in India. Would never do business there again. Ordered same item directly from Pentax no problems there.

I PURCHASED A WATCH FOR MY FATHER'S BIRTHDAY AND ORDERED ON- LINE AND BOATERS WORLD SENT ME THE WRONG ONE. SO I HAD TO PURCHACE A WATCH AT ANOTHER STORE JUST SO IT WOULD NOT BE LATE. I CONTACTED BOATERS WORLDS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TALKED WITH A MAN WHO COULD HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH!!! I LIVE IN THE U.S.!! HE E-MAILED ME A RETURN LABEL SO I RETURNED THE WRONG WATCH AND REC. AND REFUND FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE BUT NOT THE SHIPPING. THIS IS WHY I'LL NEVER USE BOATERS WORLD .COM EVER AGAIN.

Customers Service was Horrible..They did not try and understand, most the time they did not even understand ENGLISH.
Save yourself time and money shop elsewhere.
There is no 100% guarantee as they proclaim.

The watch I received is just fine but the box it was in had a $20.00 lower price, bar coded tag, on it then what I paid??.. I do most of my boating needs shoping at Boaters World and am normally very satisfied with their products and service.

I ordered a wakeboard that was supposed to be red and black. I emailed customer service to verify that the wakeboard would be red and black as shown. They assured me that it would. When it came, the wakeboard was black and yellow. I emailed customer service to explain the problem and within 24 hours I had a prepaid shipping label so that I could return the product. I did not receive what I expected, but Boater's World quickly took care of the problem. Other than the fact that I received a product that was different than what they had described, I was completely satisfied with customer service.

Order took way too long,customer service was based in a foreign country,and the bimini top is in a million peices and is NOT advertised as such,I will not shop here again......

Everything went great until delivery, They don't seem to be able to handle overseas orders. We are talking about a company in the good old USofA right?
It would be good if I could do business with Boaters World in the future so I hope things happen, there is another World outside of the USA out there!

Must compliment Boater's World forr nextg day shipping and FEDEX for the two day delivery time. I did not request express shipping. Also thoought the reduction of the Maryland sales tax from the before tax amount was a nice touch.
